We all know Poch is good and also takes his time. I'm supprised he is still there, nothing to do with him but their fanbase, as most of them have been supporting the club since the Russian gangster took over.
Their squad is still massive, whilst he has a fair few injuries to deal with this term, oddly I think that's worked in his favour, he's been able to focus on the players that aren't injured. Next season might be another trying to integrate all the others. I want say that those injuries are better or worse than those he uses now, as I really don't know enough about many of them to judge, but Poch has always been very consistent that he likes to work with a small squad. Maybe as per his comments the other week that it's him that might walk off???
