Just how good is 16yo (17 soon) Mikey Moore?

I've not seen a lot of his play. Always has been huge raps on him, more than Archie Gray in fact.
His best position seems to be LW but can cover striker and the 10 role as well. He keeps having big leaps in his improvement. Could he play big minutes this season?
The other big clubs will offer game time him if we don't play him.
