Hope we have a sell on too. If Parrott has now turned a new leaf and repeats his Excelsior performances (who were a struggling side) I can see him valued at a multiple of that fee in 12 - 24 months time playing for a side which gives him a bit more attacking support.
Yeah they'll get a solidarity payment since he's moving before his 23rd birthday but it'll only be around 1% of the fee.

City’s transfer dealings are dodgy as fuck, they are not worth paying attention to.
Very best of luck to the kid, especially considering we have a sell-on clause. But to be honest, even if there wasn't, you still wanna see one of ours do well after they've left the club.

This far I think parrot has show he has a better pedigree than delap but went for half the price is all.
Delap is a year younger and had a decent season in the championship, something Parrott hasn’t done. Delap will have a far better career
He’s scored 11 goals in 115 appearances in English football. But he came through our academy so not a bad word can be said. Scored some goals in a poor team in Holland, most of them in the L1 standard relegation playoffs. Delap would be part of our squad if he came through our academy
