Championship at the least, maybe an SPL club just to see if he can rack a few up. If Troy Parrott can score goals in Holland, I've no doubt that Veliz could, but obviously would prefer him to stay in England ideally. What level do you reckon he should go on loan to hopefully get consistent minutes?
Said in the youth thread a few days ago, it's hard to make an assessment of what level he's at when he barely played any minutes last year and Argentina go straight from an u20 to u23 team so not been playing youth international games either. At least when Sarr wasn't playing under Conte, we could see how he was developing in Senegal games. Can't say I saw that much of Veliz playing before but there was a decent amount of excitement around him, particuarly how strong he was in the air.
His movement off the ball really impresses me, might be for the bench this year tbh, will depend who they loan out and what Ange thinks in training etc.
I suspect the order might be Veliz > Scarlett > Lankshear in terms of getting off the bench in the league this year if they've paid £13m for him or whatever and Will likely to go on loan somewhere for more senior football as he has the least experience in men's football.
