Then you aren’t looking at the same things I’m looking at.

Just because he’s an elite athlete doesn’t mean he’s not technical. Usually being an elite athlete leans people towards not seeing the technical side of a players game.
I'd love to be proven wrong, I'm not saying he's technically deficient, just no more than tidy.

I think he's a good player, just don't see the same things that people are raving about. I think in a midfield with the right mix around him he can be a great asset, but for me he's never going to be this midfield maestro that some are expecting.

I'll happily wager a gentleman's bet that he doesn't reach 10 g/a this season.

I can't believe I still read, almost daily, that we haven't signed Kanes replacement.

It was always Richarlison.
Whether he ever was or is able to fill that hole is irrelevant, we blatantly signed him before we sold Kane knowing full well Kane was gonna be sold and everyone would bump their prices after we sold him.

We're not looking to replace Kane anymore.
We might be looking to replace Richarlison though.
Well, if that is the case, then whoever at the football club thought that Richarlison was an adequate replacement for Harry Kane, should be sacked on the spot and never be allowed to work in football again.

I 100% agree with you. It’s not that we I don’t think he’s good or an asset for us but he’s not a technically very good player.

Who do you suggest they buy. Nobody around the same as Kane. Richy hasn’t worked because of injury. 10 goals in 20 games last season. No doubt they would sell him if anywhere near 60m.

Sorry, did you see him against Fulham in the League Cup last season? Horrendous.

A back up keeper is badly badly needed but unfortunately as a result of horrible squad management and our snails pace approach to transfers, it’s highly unlikely to be position we get to in this window.

As others have alluded to, we need to cross absolutely everything that nothing happens to Vicario.
Play Kulu in between the sticks?

Yes find it boring if you want but if your happy with some of those forwards and the likes of Gallagher to take us to next level and close the gap good luck. We need quality simple as that!

Quote me where I said we didn't need to make a couple more signings. Go on, do it. I'll give you a medal if you find a post of me saying that.

Oh and btw - I've repeatedly said I do NOT want Gallagher, so learn to read.

What I'm fucking bored of is you posting literally the same thing 50 times day.

Simple as that! Now shush

Neto obviously nowhere near coming to us despite what the ITK wankers say...

Gary O’Neill's comments "I think so (there's a chance he stays). There's nothing going on at this moment from anybody. He's in a good spot, I've spoke to him about how we're going to play and how it suits him and what a big part he'll play in it. But of course, we're all grown-ups while you're having them conversations. If a massive bid comes from a top club then no one is going to stand in Pedro's way.
"I'm confident that he will be here. Because we haven't had anything really, that makes the club think that he won't be. But of course, a lot of business can be done late."

I don't think that matters too much tbh.

When we were close to signing van de Ven, he played in friendlies for Wolfsburg a day or two before being seen at the Shakhtar game...

Kane played 3 or so days before signing for Bayern etc.
It's rather silly, though. He gets injured, there's no way he's being sold.

That’s a fair bet. I’ll take it.
