Results don't matter but how we play does! Our defensive shenanigans in the first half were beyond woeful, it doesn't matter if they were 9th or 10th choice, they shoild have a general idea based off Ange's tactics of how to press the opposition and make them feel suffocated in and around our box, having options constantly blocked.

I keep saying this but it was like our defence had no fucking clue how to defend, as if we'd just picked up 4 random morons off the street who'd never defended before. They were just spectators, watching the opposition just easily weave through us with minimal effort. Truly bizarre

If he plays it safe side it’s still risky but it’s fine because you can shape your body so you don’t get caught but Vic plays straight passes which means you can get dispossessed on your left or right if the opponent reads it right. His longer passing today into Johnson and Sonny was good today to be fair.
 
Pretty worried for the start of the season given that we’re still making dogshit defensive mistakes. Just didn’t do business early enough yet again and this will cost us. If you’re expecting Bergvall and Gray to contribute much outside of moments this season I don’t know how to break it to you. Maybe this project is supposed to pop in 2-3 years time but we aren’t gonna be anywhere near the title.

Exactly mate. I Soooooooo want to wrong, but what you say is spot on so I've highlighted it. What is going on, I really think some of these players have been here long enough to ask if they are listening and understanding.

It’s not about spending money. We have great individual defenders. The system we play it’s impossible to defend against top teams

You are 100% correct I can't get how people on this site can't see this or think it's some how a sin to point it out. It's a problem however much folk pretend.

To be fair; calling someone a cunt is just saying they are a horrible person. Or a prick. Or you don't like them. It's overused in every day life, and certainly here on this forum. Certainly used it plenty myself.

When you start using terms which are debilitating in real life it becomes a little more personal. I'm pretty sure most folks here would take exception to the use of retard or other derogatory terms.

Just my two cents.

This is the unfortunate flaw in anges tactical set up. We can't defend properly, which already has shown that it's going to be a problem.

I get people are offended by stuff but what he said wasn’t in my eyes and I’ve suffered more than most with dementia in my family. Everybody reacts differently to what gets said but in life nowadays people are not offended but want to say they are. I’m not saying that’s the case here but that’s my two cents worth.
