Ex-Spurs Player Jermaine Jenas: Pundit

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

When there's one, more normally follow...

‘Multiple women’ have reportedly come forward with fresh claims of inappropriate behaviour involving Jermaine Jenas in the hours since he was sacked by the BBC.

I don't get the thing where people who were previously just happy to get on with their lives suddenly have a massive issue because someone else also does

When something happens one may doubt themselves; yet when other complaints surface they are left thinking "No; it wasn't me being over-sensitive. He WAS being improper".

Other times it will be a case that they are scared to come out and are then emboldened by other complaints.

Probably other reasons too........

His wife is quite tasty I wonder what she thinks about this. When will we see pictures of her doing the shopping or coming out of the gym, bravely soldiering on…

Although being a footballers wife it probably comes with the territory.

But ……

Perhaps they weren’t “ happy “ but felt they had no other choice other than to “ get on with “ their lives .

I imagine a lot of people find themselves in that position.

Once an alleged perpetrator is unmasked, why should they not come forward and cite their own treatment by him / her .

if they did have to deal with unacceptable behaviour in the workplace being able to declare “ me too “ will often help
( rather than hinder) their chances of being happier thereafter.

Just saying.

PS and before I get accused of misandry ; females in the workplace can be very abusive towards colleagues and subordinates just like men in fact . In my experience.

You're making three assumptions in one sentence. Firstly that they were chugging along, quite happy, and secondly that it 'suddenly' became (thirdly) a 'massive' issue for them.

It's quite possible that they were unhappy, that something had been lingering in their mind (not sudden at all, but emboldened by someone else's accusation) and tbf it's also possible that it isn't a massive issue for them, but they're keen to corroborate someone else's claim.

In reality, we don't know, do we? But the BBC clearly think they've seen something that prompted them to sack him. Jenas seems to think they've got it wrong. Time will tell.

He's got FOUR kids........

And this waiting for him at home:
