That was ridiculous. The "handball" was above the shirt sleeve line and the neck-high tackle would get a player sent off in rugby FFS.

Issue is that they're the only ones who can hold themselves accountable. It's like American cops, they'll investigate themselves and find themselves innocent of all charges.

needs changing then. getting too much wrong. them points earlier could be massive.

If Solanke isn't fit, I'd start Richarlison for his physicality, and be prepared to sub him after say 60 mins if he not fully fit and bring on Kulusevski as a false 9

Equally we need to be prepared that its too soon for Odbert to last a full 90 mins so need to be prepared to bring Johnson on as sub - or really mix it up with Porro or Spence as a winger and other as RB.

I think we have a bigger squad now, and need to be prepared to use it to set the opposition different challenges by subbing players, whether we need to (as I think likely v Newcastle) or just to upset the opposition chosen tactics.

I’m not having Guehi. He’s not as good as he’s made out. He doesn’t have any outstanding attributes for a centre back.
