Conte was Right. The losing mentality permeating throughout our football club was once again laid bare for all to see.

If the owners ain't motivated by winning, why would the players be.

"For over 20 years there is this owner, they win nothing.... why"

Levy / ENIC. 25 years is long enough. TOO long...Time to sell up, fuck off, and let someone else have a go

It’s the CEO that’s the root cause of lack of leadership and culture - it’s that little bastard that needs to go first and foremost. If Lewis sold his stake to someone as else as majority owner, nothing would change with that wet wanksock Levy at the helm.

Decent, yes. But that's about it.

I would say player for player, this team is considerably inferior to the one that played our last season at the old stadium.

That, in itself, is a damning indictment of ENIC
Even well run clubs have ups and downs. Our ups are always nearly at best - one or two players short coupled with a lack of drive and direction

I agree. But our downward trend on the football pitch has coincided with an unprecedented upward trend in wealth, turnover and income.
There's just no desire to win and compete at the highest level. That should now be apparent to even the most die hard Levy supporters.

How many of these players today would get close to that starting 11 of peak poch? That's how far the standard has fallen.

The Poch and Ange systems are quite different but for the Poch system maybe:

Lloris
Walker Toby Verts Rose
Dembele Waynama
Kulusevski Eriksen/Dele Son
Kane

For the Ange system perhaps: still think you need Johnson as Ange likes wingers.

Lloris
Porro Toby Verts/VDV Rose
Kulusevski Dembele Eriksen
Johnson Kane Son
