Could we have a sack him just after sacking Levy option?

5 of the 6 options on this poll offer multiple ways of Ange staying.

We need a little balance I reckon?

He probably should as an Ange team will pretty much be by definition very inconsistent in this particular league and embarrass itself 10-15 times a season, but under the current owners it doesn't matter that much who the manager is; we won't play a noteworthy role in the league and can only hope for a small domestic cup regardless.

Ange is very limited, but the problem lies much deeper.

Had we won, as we should have, we would have been 3rd.

Right now instead, we're 10th.

It's a weird season. Yes we've slipped up multiple times when we shouldn't have. At the same time, so have City and Woolwich, not to mention United and Chelsea. Liverpool has been the only consistent team frankly.

So, give him until the end of the season, unless we start to consistently lose/drop points and if the regular top 6 consistently start to churn out results.

We're doing well in cups too for Christ's sake.

We didn't deserve to beat anyone we lost to. Ipswich were good value.
So we shouldn't have won, no.
We are where we currently deserve to be. And it will get lower as the opposition we play gets harder.

We haven't won 3 consecutive league games since last December, coming up for a full year and even that was sandwiched in between a home defeat to West Ham and a pummeling at Brighton. You are going to get nowhere fast if you cant win 3 on the spin. Bottom line is there will never be anything close to the level of consistancy needed to achieve anything.

I voted keep unless we slip into the bottom eight.

I'm not quite an 'out' yet - though have been 50/50 on Ange for some time now - but if we slipped into a relegation battle or near to it his position would surely become untenable. Surprised the option has so few votes, tbh.

I voted keep him until we are out of contention for Europe or the cups. I would have said the same for Poch, Mourinho, or Conte. But this club doesn't back managers through poor form in the league.

I will note I don't mind being bottom eight if we win a trophy, and I don't mind top 4 and being out of cups. Not having either is a problem at the end of the season.

Ladies and gents!
Are you fookin serious???
Ange is not a good manager BUT what's the point of firing him as long as Levy is still around???
Nothing will change who ever comes next through the revolving door. We've tried the good, the bad and the ugly, nothing works while ENIC are the owners.
It's best to keep Ange atm because eventually after X seasons he will learn and put things right.

PS. Remember Conte was right.

not for levy though, hes winning if the clubs making good money as a business, hes a businessman not a sportsman. i mean look at the bloke, hes never played a game in his life, probably a little tarty 5 a side kick about with a bunch of nerds is the most intense game hes ever played. i bet he was fully behind making son captain because it was straining them udders even further and getting every drop of milk he can out of it.

i remember when we got conte and a lot of people were saying that is was his last throw of the dice lol. that failed, the next ones failed. now what? the little nerd clearly cant get it right for love nor money.

this clown hes hired now has to go tho, simply awful. levy has had chances over the last 20 years to get it right and he couldnt do it. investment was needed when we had berbatov and keane up front. he let opportunity pass him by when it was clear that was a golden moment. he then did the same when we had modric and bale! then you could argue he done it yet again around 2018, yet again just a couple of real stars to take us to the elite level.

the opportunities have been there for him by pure luck. the moron still couldnt get it right.
Well put. Levy is a football moron. The Dweeb of N17. He has screwed up every time. And will do so again.

And if we had beater Palace and Brighton, which we should have done, we would be 2nd. Funny world.

End of December. We will know all we need to know by then. I think it'll really fracture the fanbase if we pull the plug now.
Let's see ho horrific things can get when we have a run of tough looking fixtures.

City A
Roma H
Fulham H
Bournemouth A
Chelsea H
Rangers A
Southampton A
United H
Liverpool H
Forrest A
Wolves H

That's 11 games. What I would do and what Levy will do are different though. If we were to lose our next 3 league games, I think he's gone.
City away will be hard, especially as they're under pressure. Fulham are playing well and we play them 3 days after a ropey league game. Then Bournemouth away looks interesting and is away on a Thursday 3 days before a home game Vs Chelsea.

It could be coming to an end before the end of December and that's just what I think will happen, not what I hope for.

Got a feeling you might be right there. As soon as we get the “players complaint about training” reports he’s gone. That’s how the club usually start the leaks they are looking to replace the manager.
