So no more replays from here on....... Another kick in the teeth for the lower league clubs.
The FA agreed to scrap FA Cup replays because of “expanded European” demands on seven elite Premier League clubs who don’t enter the Cup until the third round anyway, have big squads and some will go on post-season tours or to the Fifa Club World Cup.
Such a senseless, heartless decision highlighted this weekend with Non-League clubs like Weston-super-Mare, Hednesford Town, Guiseley, Southend United and others denied a replay, a chance of more revenue and potential memories for a lifetime. The Cup is a great competition, a historic institution that should be cherished and better protected. The game is about David as well as Goliath.

Did anyone catch any of that game that was on bbc on fri night? Tamworth v Huddersfield. Pretty hilarious the language from the crowd that the microphones were picking up. Commentators didn't even attempt to apologise for it because it was constant. Great win for Tamworth but I'd have turned over if it wasn't for the comedy value. I sat and watched 20 minutes of it just chuckling to myself.
