So who would you have played CF and CB instead of them?
Well, that’s my gripe mate. The squad depth is so utterly awful that we have our back up left back at CB and no matter how many times he plays CF Son always proves he is not a CF.

But hey so many said it was a brilliant transfer window…. It wasn’t. It was cheap and ineffective and has resulted in a lack of depth. Injuries are what they are, but there is no back up. Anyone half decent in the young set up is loaned out and what’s left is simply not enough.

Richarlison and Odobert would both have started today if fit.

Dont be fucking ridiculous. You can think the manager isn't up to it without pretending like we aren't severely crippled by injury during the busiest part of the season.

Vicario, Romero and VDV out alone would cripple most clubs.

Blimey...
This must be the only club where a donkey like Richarlatan and a nobody like Odobert are being missed through injury. They would make fuck all difference to this team. In Richarlatan’s case the longer he’s out the better.

Was on Sky and made the rounds. Ask Google.

Why would google help me find something that doesn't exist ?

Luckily google does provide me with FACTS.

That was from November 15th. Since then we've lost Vicario, Solanke and now potentially Gray.

This may seem an odd analogy ; but it’s like league tables for complicated public sector entities like hospitals.

On the one hand they punish mismanagement but on the other hand the sharpest Chief Execs and Clinical Directors will know exactly how to manage their resources to keep the hospital just within the top 20 % say . Realising that there is a sweet spot where expenditure and results are perfectly balanced in order to achieve that . They’ll get handsome bonuses for their « efficient management « but the hospital will never fall out of the top 20 % in terms of “ performance “ but will never try to break into the top 10 % .

As I said ; it might seem an unusual analogy but in my view our beloved chairman would be very sought after as a NHS Chief Exec .
I get it now!

Levy is actually Sir Humphrey Appleby’s son (but isn’t as funny as his dad).

Do you think the club will recruit in January.

Yes agree with you that Ange is performing miracles with this utter horseshit squad he has :D

Don’t take that shit seriously.
Anyone who says xG is 'shit' doesn't understand statistical facts. At the end of every season the xG table is pretty close to the actual table. Of course it should not be taken in isolation as the only measure of performance, but it should be considered as a valid indicator amongst various others, including of course the infamous (despite being wildly biased) 'eye test'.

This is why I'm so pissed off at the moment - earlier in the season, as far as my eyes are concerned, and also the xG stats, we deserved to beat Newcastle and get at least a point against woolwich. Whereas more recently the performances have started dropping off, not just the results. :(
