It didn't help that it was only last week someone else on this forum laid into Levy based on him being Jewish and I found it shocking it happened on here twice in a short time. Especially amongst a fan base calling themselves the "Yid army".

It's always going to be a risky subject to satirise, if that's genuinely what he did.

Fair enough, everyone makes mistakes. Might want to nudge him to
to stop drinking though. Don’t think it’s doing much good for him.

No issues, we should let him back on here. It seems his apologies are genuine. We should all accept that apology and move on.

I don't drink to excess these days. Gradually reduced my intake steadily since I was 40. Been pissed probably 5-10 times since.

Even if I'm feeling the initial effects of a couple of pints I make sure to avoid TFC. People don't generally get the nuance of a joke or wind up when written in black and white.

Will always love Spurs, but I’m at an age where there’s no way I’m spending all my dough going over there. Much more important things to spend it on.
Me and my two boys go over the Orient a couple of games a year, they love it, real football,decent prices, real people…how I grew up watching Spurs

Even if I wasn't a Yid, I'd have nothing but respect for the N17 crew. That's actually what I get from my mates who support other clubs...heck even the Blue scum and those mugs down the road.

It's okay to be happy with Spurs. Like it's okay not to be. Don't make one side or the other the better fans.

I liked his writing style and I hope he takes some time off to recharge his batteries.

He should get a 7 pl matches ban and be allowed to post in the el and lc match threads that would be great satire regarding this whole topic...

Non-league and lower league football is a much superior day out and product.

Well, apart from the play acting, diving, over paid primma donnas, time wasting, VAR, expense and punditry for which the Premier League is second to none.

I got nothing but respect for those who still travel to away games, especially abroad for the Europa League. The time it takes, the money it costs. Yeah there's Old Trafford and Etihad days, but there's also the Coventrys, Boros, Sheffields, Muras, Zagrebs. Regardless, they keep going and singing.

My brother played NFL at university. I watched a game.

He did have to hobble off injured as he was skinny, but didn’t complain at all.

You are right. The sport (football) is so craven these days.
