Yeah same for sure, I've seen anti Jewish slurs on football forums and even on Spurs ones on the odd occasion, it's proper messed up. But I see what he was doing, like someone else said, satirising. Obviously, did not come off that way to most people and he's had a mare. Seems unfortunate if he can't return.
It didn't help that it was only last week someone else on this forum laid into Levy based on him being Jewish and I found it shocking it happened on here twice in a short time. Especially amongst a fan base calling themselves the "Yid army".

It's always going to be a risky subject to satirise, if that's genuinely what he did.

It was. He has made similar posts several times in the past which, due to a clear head, were more obviously satire and therefore taken as such. Alcohol obviously impaired his judgement yesterday to which he has put his hands up and admitted.
Fair enough, everyone makes mistakes. Might want to nudge him to
to stop drinking though. Don’t think it’s doing much good for him.

No issues, we should let him back on here. It seems his apologies are genuine. We should all accept that apology and move on.

Is Admin Admin in "the clique"? ......You seem to have overlooked the fact that he is the arbiter of any and all bans.

I don't drink to excess these days. Gradually reduced my intake steadily since I was 40. Been pissed probably 5-10 times since.

Even if I'm feeling the initial effects of a couple of pints I make sure to avoid TFC. People don't generally get the nuance of a joke or wind up when written in black and white.

100%.

I literally have to force myself to go to matches. When I am there I wish I was somewhere else.

The only good bit is seeing family/friends and some top TFCers. Otherwise, I have next to no interest.
Will always love Spurs, but I’m at an age where there’s no way I’m spending all my dough going over there. Much more important things to spend it on.
Me and my two boys go over the Orient a couple of games a year, they love it, real football, decent prices, real people…how I grew up watching Spurs

Spurs fans are more than entitled to feel down, pissed off etc etc after years of being taken for fools by the club.

But 90% of them (*) still are great, positive, optimistic, happy chaps & gals, who still watch every minute of every game, sing their hearts out, clap...the lot. That's the reality.

Not saying that's what you was doing, but I find that taking swipes at Spurs fans a bit lame to be honest, especially coming from within our own ranks. Obviously I'm biased but still. Even if I wasn't a Yid, I'd have nothing but respect for the N17 crew. That's actually what I get from my mates who support other clubs...heck even the Blue scum and those mugs down the road.

It's okay to be happy with Spurs. Like it's okay not to be. Don't make one side or the other the better fans.

Our away fans in particular are amazing, the creme de la creme.

I liked his writing style and I hope he takes some time off to recharge his batteries.

He should get a 7 pl matches ban and be allowed to post in the el and lc match threads that would be great satire regarding this whole topic...

All day.

Non-league and lower league football is a much superior day out and product.

Well, apart from the play acting, diving, over paid primma donnas, time wasting, VAR, expense and punditry for which the Premier League is second to none.

I got nothing but respect for those who still travel to away games, especially abroad for the Europa League. The time it takes, the money it costs. Yeah there's Old Trafford and Etihad days, but there's also the Coventrys, Boros, Sheffields, Muras, Zagrebs. Regardless, they keep going and singing.

...and spending.

Who, these? Never 😉!

Try the NIFL. The I was laughing at the game i went to this season just thinking to myself "this would have ended as a 5 a side match in the EPL'. People taking tackles that would have ended a Premier League players season but just getting up and carrying on regardless.

Sort of like men. Strange concept.
My brother played NFL at university. I watched a game.

He did have to hobble off injured as he was skinny, but didn’t complain at all.

You are right. The sport (football) is so craven these days.
