The fact that he achieved success everywhere he went and only left jobs when he had taken them as far as he could. I don't think Ange was ever under any illusions that he could make us successful quickly. When he first got the job, he said something along the lines of "Yes, there is a lot of work to do but what a story if it happens" and I think that's what drives him. He doesn't want success handed to him.

At the end of the day, Slot took the easy way out when he preferred Liverpool to us. He inherited a ready-made, title-challenging team that just needed some fresh impetus. It remains to be seen how he will fare when he actually has to make some real decisions. Ange has been making real decisions since day one.

Slot bottled it. Ange took on the challenge.

Steve Jobs said "No one remembers the world's best soda salesman" when he was asked why the Pepsi marketing guru would leave Pepsi for Apple. Winning the league with Liverpool isn't making a mark, it's just winning the league with Liverpool. Winning the league with Tottenham Hotspur is making a mark or "putting a dent in the universe" as Jobs would have said.
With the greatest of respect, how do you know slot bottled it.
Maybe he done his research on levy/enic which i would urge anyone to do, then realised that, he couldn't achieve his ambitions at Tottenham.
Ange to his credit, is willing to be part of the charade that continues to be the biggest fraudsters in English football.
