Watch him quietly drop Hotspur from the stadium name.
Been saying it for months. He's got his guaranteed income stadium now. It's all about broadening his revenue streams from it now. Drop any link to the football club and he could attract a far wider market.
I wouldn't be surprised if he tries to get FA Cup Semi Finals and such played there as a "neutral venue"

Fan power is as lethargic as its ever been you mean. If the fans attacked levy like they did sugar, he would sell up
 
As long as people buy tickets and merch then ENIC/Levy will continue to milk the club. The more miserable the fan base becomes the more they will crave the occasional ‘hit’ like the City result.

We are the crack whores of football.

The best case scenario in a world were ENIC does not sell is that it turns out that Vivienne Lewis is way more interested in winning than her dad.

It does happen from time to time. Most recently with the Detroit Lions in the NFL. The old owner (one of the Fords) was perfectly content with having a bottom team that just kept raking in money and keeping his buddies employed backstage as a form of old boys club.

Once the old owner died his daughter assumed power. And she wants to compete and doesn't accept mediocrity. And now the Lions are looking like actual contenders for the Superbowl.

No idea if Vivienne or any of Joe's kids do however.
