Match Europa League - 12th December - Rangers (A) 8PM

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Son was no better, constantly gives the ball away, not even going to discuss Bissouma and his lack of discipline.
When Biss was doable for 35 mil from Brighton, none of the (other) big clubs went in for him...not even Liverpool or the Arse and God they needed MF back then.

He's just not good enough. West Ham player (with them in the Champo), but not Spurs.

Yep, I thought with the Ange Celtic connection the players would have been fired up and all over them early doors. After the first minute there was no fight, no pressing against a team that struggle to dominate league 2 standard players at Ibrox in the league. Rangers wouldn’t win the championship and they outplayed us. What has happened to Udogie under lapping in the box? We’ve lost all attacking threat which was the positive under early Ange and kept the defensive fragility. It’ll be a 11th place finish and no cups if it stays as is.
Can't remember who posted the maths the other day (or maybe that was on LWOS), but basically when you look at Ange's overall Spurs tenure, he's a 56 pts manager. And that tally gets you P8-10 in the PL. That's his true level...and that of that lame ass squad (and board etc).

Right now l'm hearing a fair amount of Spurs fans would take finishing 8th, cause the form we've been in for a long while, it's not impossible we get involved in a dogfight at the bottom. I mean, when you can't beat Brighton, Ipswich, Leicester, Fulham, Palace or Rangers...and you're utter turd away from home...I get where that lot is coming from.

I actually think we were excellent right up until the Palace game. Some results didn't go our way, but we were the better team in every game. We outplayed Woolwich, Leicester, Brighton and Newcastle - but were let down by individual errors.
I respectfully disagree, kind Sir. Especially that bit in bold.

Rest of your post is fair.

I want to see the year out before giving up on Postecoglou. Last season I didn't like the appointment and was critical of the system at a time when people were very happy with him. Now people seem to want him gone sooner than later. I think we need to find out if this system will work and it wouldn't be fair to judge him based on recent matches where so many players were injured. No chance he's fired, Levy and Munn have gone all in on trying to create a Man City style organization on the cheap. It would be a humiliation to them if they had to let Postecoglou go.
So basically we need all our players fit at all times to succeed with this system. Not going to happen

Why not start Will tonight? That front 3 started the other night and were terrible. This guy never learns.
That's too much to ask. The only changes he's able to make are:

a) Bring on Sarr or Bergvall for more energy
b) Swap the wingers around or bring on the one who didn't start
c) Put on whoever was originally planned to be rested to help save the team

That's the limit of in game tweaks.

Dragu gets a pass as he was of the few who gave rangers players a bit of physicality!

The front 4 were a joke Johnson son Maddison and Werner got absolutely bullied and allowed it to happen. It was embarrassing

Arse were in for him..... He came to us cos we nabbed CL (he said this himself).

"When Biss was doable for 35 mil from Brighton"

When was this then? Everyone steered clear of him whilst he had his legal problems; once they cleared up he was sold soon after.

Y'talking balls, fella.

We are approaching his, “beginning of the end”.
This is not the end, nor the beginning of the end. It may be the end of the beginning.
