I myself wasn't Nuno out but wasn't overly sad when he was. It was a very brief romance.

Also I tend to be very conservative about such things which isn't inherently positive or negative either. Someone has to know when to pull the plug after all

Nuno can obviously work wonders with a team on a limited budget. If he were to rock up to Tottenham say where money is no object , the fans and the owners would quickly turn against him . Just the way of the world nowadays.

I was sad because he seems a decent man and we treated him terribly. He was always just a stop gap and a 4th/5th choice stop gap at that. From day one he didn't really have the support of either the board or the fans. I am glad he is doing well elsewhere, he deserves it.

You know I wonder how many that are backing ange to the hilt wanted Nuno out after such a short time. He's a great guy and he's clearly a very good coach. Did wonders at Wolves now doing great at Forest. So pleased for him didn't deserve what he got here.

Funnily enough one of the posters who agreed with your theory that evil Ange Lovers wanted poor old Nuno sacked before he could lead us to the promised land had this to say about Nuno

No offence nuno. But what a pointless appointment he was 😅

me neither :nunothumb:

Hmm....

Sorry... wife and daughter are watching fucking Strictly so I keep finding other things to do...

I was at the infamous Moura sub game and thought the crowd were pretty awful. Hate it when our crowd turn like that - like with Royal (for a time) and Sanchez... I get it but it's not great...

Bloody hell you are bored 🤣
There's twats dressed as ketchup and mustard dancing around underneath a glitter ball on my telly...

You better believe I'm bored

MOTD prediction - Scum game will be last because it was a bore draw but it should be third (after Forest and Liverpool) because it was MORE dropped points in the title race and therefore a big story.

But Tets will be protected as per usual...

7 in 7 for Jude who is very much back on form now that he's clearly not running on empty. Jobe scored and got an assist for Sunderland today too. Can't see Sunderland hanging on to him beyond this season even if they get promoted.

of course. And there's nothing inherently wrong with thinking a manager is not good enough.

I was just replying to Yiddy's theory 👍
So 1 thread from 1 forum and you've anointed yourself the breaker of the theory 😂😂😂. Do you think this is the only place people talk about spurs. You know there's spurs talk outside of this forum right? And I personally know spurs fans that wanted nuno gone but still can't get Ange's cock far enough down their throat. So yeah I do wonder about it still. Seeing as you're so bothered about proving me wrong if you'd like to spread it across 10 forums and get back to me with your findings I'm all for it 👍

Quality post. Would read again :ange-bored:

So that's a no on the research then 👍

Er... no. Surprisingly im not intending to go round every Spurs fan site searching for views on Nuno's sacking and comparing them with their views on Postecoglou's potential sacking to see if there's a correlation.

Because that's fucking nuts.

You made a silly comment and I made a joke out of it (with some evidence attached) because I was bored. Everybody else got the joke but you clearly have neither a sense of humour or the ability to laugh at yourself when you've made a silly comment and been called on it.

It really is as simple as that.

Right, because players get fresher as the season goes along...even after supposedly"running on empty" from the beginning of the season AND long-suffering from a shoulder that 'hampered' his Euros performance all the way up til he started scoring again...thus giving folks something positive to point to instead of the shitty performances in the main. Gotcha!

Just wait until we get to the 'he's shit because he's playing deeper' part of the Dele-regen cycle. I look forward to it.
