I can't actually believe some of the fuck ups he is making with the media,, it's not even just the on the pitch stuff he's shit at.

Giving stupid soundbites like "are you not entertained?", it just going to be thrown back at you especially when you are overseeing such shite results including conceding 13 in 3 home games. Now we have to put up with Drury rubbing it in, repeating 'are you not entertained?" on comms everytime we concede a goal. Ange is so far out of his depth it's absurd.

I watched his interview on the official site, he just looks totally lost. He knows he has no answers. I've never seen a manager look so out of his depth. It would be funny if it wasn't happening to our club. His only default response, is to keep repeating the same things,

" I won't change"
"it's who we are"
"we lacked intensity"
"injuries"
"well we are the only team who scored 3 goals against them this season" Oh well done, do you want a fukin medal? we lost 6-3. Do you know how small time that sounds? We are Spurs and we have a manager going 'well we scored 3 times against them' like we are Yeovil town. A proper manager would never say that.

I literally watch his interview and cringe.

And it is this complete lack of self awareness, of adaptabilty, of any tactical nouse, which is why he needs to go now.

Nothing will change or improve with this imposter.

And just publicly saying things like, it's who we are mate, we only play one way, won't change, I can't honestly believe people buy this crap? Blind leading the blind comes to mind.

Since why has the opinion of Pete" i hate Tottenham" Drury ever mattered, or in fact the opinions of 90% of the people involved in the media who love taking the piss out of this club?

I'm just waiting for moment he tells one of the reporters or Redknapp, or Carragher to " fuck off mate" and it will be well deserved.......we had no respect when we were pretty damn good under Poch, so i wouldnt bother paying attention to what the media say. They deserve the responses he gives tbh

Keep up the good work Ange

There’s a bang of David Brent, The Office of it.

In my opinion, we are keeping him. Levy probably realized there's no point sacking the manager and give it to Mason again. By keeping Ange longer he's saving money and we 'll probably have the same kind of results that Mason would deliver. The fact is we are stagnated for more than a year now, we aren't improving and Levy isn't that dumb that he can't see it, he's probably waiting for the right time to sack Ange and that, IMO, will be by the end of the season.

And I don't thin it's fair to blame players. This squad is probably the best I've seen, we are crowded with talent being wasted by Ange. He doesn't know how to set up a defense and that will require a lot of effort to fix under the new manager. People blaming Romero, Porro, Udogie, Dragusin, all of them were top players before came here, and they were great in their first matches, but are going down the hill since Ange came he with his stupid tactics. Also the squad managemente is one of the worst I've ever seem, players being used by their limited, costing us a lot of injuries while some good talents like Spence have been wasted in the bench. The only positive must be we are scoring a lot of goals, but also that is misleading because we score a lot at the expense of our defending, and we end up conceding more than we score most of the time, hence the 11th position.

Yeah there was a feeling going into games with Poch as coach for a good 2 seasons where i was pretty confident of a result every week. Looking back, at the results and performances though, I think I have a fonder memory now of some games and performances than I likely did at the time but still the final two 3rds of the 2016/17 season were the most relaxed I've ever been as a Spurs fan.
The final season at the lane - the man had us unbeaten, you couldn’t ask for more than that. It was a fortress and when we played a half decent United in that last game I knew before kick off that we would win no matter what.

These days, I’m looking at that home run of Southampton, Palace and Forest we have in March time and thinking it’s crucial we win 2 of those.

Give me back the days when they respected and were scared of us. They hated us under Poch because we were excellent.

Now they laugh at us. They take the piss out of us because under Ange we are the gift that keeps on giving.

How can any serious Spurs fan say Keep Up the Good Work Ange after what we are witnessing? Are you crazy? Wow.

We aren't a serious team, that is why all the pundits are collectively pissing their pants, because this is almost unbelievable, and the pundits won't call for his sacking because they enjoy seeing us this shit.

Kulusevski said: 'You have to improve, you have to find ways.

'Maybe today we should maybe let them have the ball more, but you know, that's not how we play. So we went out, we gave everything. It didn't work, maybe we will learn for the next time.

'You have to think about how are we physically? Who's playing? How many games have we played in the last week? Who are we playing? Have they rested for one week or something?' he added.

'You have to put everything in because it is like life. It's not just black and white. It's a lot of factors going into it.

'We have to learn because we conceded six goals. I can't sit here and say that we're doing something perfectly, we're not. We have to change a little bit for the better, always try to change for the better.'

Interesting cut from Kulu's quotes after yesterday. Sounds like the players are also a little unhappy over the management inflexibility.

Yep, it’s only to be expected. Those with any actual want to win won’t like this for long.

He could start by tracking his man occasionally and actually helping his fucking full back. Maybe not pissing away so many attacks with shit decisions.

Could be said about all our wingers. It’s obvious now they are told not to track back but stay high and wide. It’s why our fullbacks are always 2 v 1. Got nothing to do with the individuals, it’s them just following the manager’s stupid instructions.

It's very clear to see how many opposition teams punt the ball wide to a player somewhere between the halfway and 18 yard lines, who is usually in acres of space. On many occasions, the attacking player is able to then run with the ball to a dangerous crossing position, or he'll get a corner out of us. As you say, this results in our fullbacks being overloaded so much.

Really? You conveniently forget the mocking of losing in a title race with Leicester, the sniggering at the club not winning anything under Poch despite having one of the worlds best strikers who the media were also constantly trying to move on to a bigger team, oh the famous Sky Gary Nevile interview openly discussing a potential move for Kane to Man City, the constant Spursy references which began during that era.......thats not what i call respect or fear, far from it tbh.

Iraola or Carrick.

Two coaches who actually coach their teams and have great experience at the highest level, both got their teams punching, both have attacking principles, both happy to develop younger players.

Both in my opinion will be doing better with this squad.

I get the club should be backing our manager but trust Enic to be backing the one guy who isn't improving us...it's bonkers

Here are PPM numbers for the managers we had in the last 20 years. Don't think I forgot any full-time manager, or something major is wrong with the data. But feel free to correct if you think so.

Santini: 13 points from 12 matches. 1.08/match
Jol: 171 points from 112 matches. 1.52/match
Ramos:41 points from 36 matches. 1.13/match
Redknapp: 250 points from 144 matches. 1.73/match
AVB: 99 points from 54 matches. 1.83/match
Pochettino:382 points from 202 matches. 1.89/match
Mourinho: 95 points from 58 matches. 1.63/match
Nuno: 15 points from 10 matches. 1.5/match
Conte: 105 points from 56 matches. 1.87/match
Ange: 89 points from 55 matches. 1.61/match

He's somewhere in the middle of the pack. He's way below Pochettino and Redknapp, considering how big of a sample they had compared to him. His sample size is identical with Conte's and AVB's, and he's significantly below them as well. Santini and Nuno had too small of samples to make a clear comparison, but they probably wouldn't be able to keep up with him regardless. So I consider him above these two. He's surprisingly almost identical with Mourinho right now. He's doing slightly better than Jol, but he may not be here long enough to catch him in the number of matches so it's hard to compare. Finally, he's obviously doing much better than Ramos.

*Solely league matches btw
nuno's first ten games cost him his job, postecoglou had 10 good games which brought him 45 more. nuno is in a top 4 race with fucking forest!!!
