I'm just going to leave this here.

I actually thought he was more pragmatic today and adjusted our style of play—probably because he knows he’s under pressure and needed a result. Credit where it’s due, he showed some adaptability.

The problem, though, is that his ego and stubbornness with ‘his way’ have left us with a squad ravaged by injuries and a string of results that are nothing short of unforgivable. Frankly, that’s sack-worthy. A draw today is obviously better than a loss, but it’s telling that it’s the only real positive we can hold on to.

It’s a classic case of too little, too late.

Good post. Balanced. Up to Levy and the board.

Anyone think we might stay up based on that complete load of shite ?

No control, no depth and no fucking clue. Cannot stand Ange, Levy all of them. What have you done ?

Balanced post, he was much more pragmatic today which people have been asking for but you're right he should have did this more often and quite a while ago!

Still at least he listened to Ryan Mason today and stopped inverting the full backs and played less offensively...

anyone still behind this guy is an embarrassment, we looked no better than wolves AT HOME.
They are like people taken in by fraudsters especially the ones with the Ange pictures as avatars, they will still be pretending they certain he will turn it round and it's Levy's fault when we are in relegation battle. They are not evolved enough to put aside their own ego's . I genuinely feel sorry for then.

I think we saw a couple times last season him try and "shut up shop". A back 5 at goodison being a big one that screwed us late on. Perhaps that's why he doubled down even further these last few months.

But ultimately, I think whether or not he won't "change his philosophy" is the small print for me. For me it's more that some coaches are cut out for the top top level. Most aren't.

Bit more pragmatic today and played the entire 2nd half on the counter, had the chances but once that 3rd never came you knew it was going to blow up. Ultimately those are the fine margins, if Kulu chips the keeper or Dom gets on the end of the Werner cross its 3-1 and the narrative is different, thats football and the reality is we cant see out a game.

I think Levy will sack Ange now as it will give him an excuse not to do anything in January
