Are the 27 Graham Potter voters aware that Potter's win ratio at Brighton was 31.11% and rose to 38.71% at Chelsea over 166 Premier League games at both clubs?

Potter should never have been given the Chelsea job and when the Chelsea director's accepted this; they sacked Potter.

Marco Silva had a win ratio at Everton of 39.34% and at Fulham is achieving a win ratio of 44.10%

Silva has 8 votes on here.

I am in favour of democracy but please make it make sense people.

If a Prem proven manager is deemed necessary to replace Ange then Silva is the only realistic target for Spurs.

If Fonseca is sacked that could change. Levy will love no compensation.

Iraola and Potter was the only ones of the current poll options that was on the poll before it was updated, and Potter preceded Iraola. Lots of his votes are old.

I’ll out myself a voter for Potter. Mine was one of the old votes from whenever this was originally posted, because I thought he was likely the most feasible at that point.

A caretaker with a clear understanding that he won't be here next season no matter what would be my first choice, but I know most managers consider it almost insulting. Lampard at Chelsea and Heynckes at Bayern are the only examples I can think of, but neither would have done it without the special connection they have with those respective clubs.

Sentimentality only goes so far though. Even if Redknapp feels that he has that kind of a connection with us, I wouldn't blame him for refusing to sort this mess out. There's no reward in it.

I’d like to see the next guy bring his own coaching staff in. As I’m interested to see where Ryan Mason heads off to next. Does he want to go down the management route? Or just be a coach?

Coming up to 35 years old with a good deal of experience at a premier league club. He should be ready to take on a lower league team if he wants to. Like McKenna did.

We should go for neither as we're mid-season and it will be a complete mess. Plus if you make them resign their current job, then you're stuck with them in a long term and very expensive contract.

We should get someone who's available and who's happy to sign until the summer. It's essentially a free option. If it works out, we found the next manager. If not, go for the preferred option in the summer.

Who's available right now? The Korean Thomas Frank. Kim Pan-Gon just won the league in Korea after taking over the club mid-season. He'd be available immediately.

He's just as experienced as Ange.

Pan-gon played as a winger and would be able to improve our attack.

Give him until the summer.

Is it a risk ? Perhaps but the Moroccan league is only one below the Scottish league . He won Some Cup , clearly likes music & he’s 6’4”

What’s not to love

This past experience stick to beat him with is a strange thing. What is the right kind of amount of experience required to be Tottenham manager? Jose and Conte couldn't have had more and yet they failed. Nuno had PL experience but was quickly booted out.

If Iraola comes and fails is it because he only has experience managing small teams like Vallecano and Bournmouth. Same with Frank and Silva, yes PL experience but if they fail here will it be because they never managed a big European club or never won a trophy in their career?

Guardiola and Arteta never managed a pro club before they started out in management at Barca and Arteta respectively. What previous managing experience gave them the right to take on those two massive jobs? Yes Wenger had previous experience in Ligue 1 but Arse took him when he was managing in Japan!!

Mocking a guy because of his past experience is kinda useless and disrespectful tbh. Coaching is not rocket science, most of the time it's more about man management, support from the owners, having good players to work with

Why do you think they failed ?
