We should never hand Southgate a long term deal. He wasn't even good at Middlesbrough, and that was 15 years ago.

Theres just no real correlation between international football and league football. League football is much much harder in a league like the PL where the teams are so much better.

He seems a manager some players and some fans really wanted out, across multiple platforms the best you get from Dortmund fans is very mixed and often negative and even just general German league watchers seem mixed. I admit I don’t know a vast amount amount him but I do trust those who have to put up with him every week and the style of football is often called boring. Just seems like a big gamble that could backfired hugely.
