It's not uncommon for managers to fall out with players for various reasons. Players are not angels themselves, so unless there's a recurrent theme of said manager causing issues wherever he goes, I wouldn't worry too much about it.
Managers like Ancelotti, Nagelsmann, Ferguson all had their fair share of strenuous relationships with several of their players. In fact I'd be surprised if a manager actually got along with all of his players, sounds like an impossible task.

Ange had a dream start. A team that Conte had built. Ange couldn't even wrap up a 4th spot despite on top and winning manager of the month 3 times. What happened after this early fame? It's been over a year. We suddenly turned to shit and he never turned it around.
Lets be brutally honest. We've been shit for well over a year. Under Ange we were only good for 10 league games and after that we COLLAPSED. Not even once has he looked like turning it around. We're just seeing new lows. 10 games. That's actually how long this fraud lasted.
