Match Spurs Vs Liverpool - Carabao Cup Semi Final 1st Leg. 8pm, Weds 8th Jan.

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I've been a bit out of sorts recently, and hate to admit it, feel much better since Wednesday night.
It's annoying that the Club have so much say on my mood. All the kerfuffle over Lucas got on my nerves, seems we can't have a win without something to take the shine off.

Tbf Spence was also left out of EL squad

It looks more like Ange’s hand has been forced but alongside that happening, Spence has earned an opportunity. Most credit here to Spence
He was getting subbed in before Davies in the PL before we kicked a ball in the EL.

Hindsight is 20/20 but the limitations of our squad construction dictated that EL squad more than Ange’s thoughts on Spence.

He planned to use Davies at LCB and felt he needed Forsters experience. Plus we’d signed Gray for 40m so it’s not really a surprise he planned to use him for FB rotation.

Those choices look different now with hindsight but I’d also bet that Spence makes the squad now he’s proved it. Probably even at the expense of Ben Davies

He went out of his way to bully the fuck out of Bergvall when Bergvall arrived. Proper horrible cunt.
The club identified it as a significant character flaw and tasked Lange with finding a replacement. That was a few months ago. Hence Kinsky as soon as the window opens.

Vicario is history
After a little investigation on the matter I don’t find the brawl at Leicester something horrible. In matter of fact, it’s a passionate way to say where the line should be at. Of course it is an uneasy situation at the time for Bergvall, but it’s also a part of character development. I have been screamed at and screamed to at work if I or somebody else wasn’t delivering up to standards. I wouldn’t call it bullying.

"Brawl"?

'Kinell..... He just shouted at him like GKs often do.

Surely you've been here long enough to know that Sausage is just an appropriately named, failed comedy act.....?

Don't give him the oxygene, mate.

Yeah, excessive use of words.

I thougt that was what the bin system are for. I’m not really taking notice of what the other users here stands for, except for maybe CretinousGoat and AverageJoe.

Gravelberk 😂

Add that to the list with Van Dick
That’s Mr Van Dick!

Dearie me the Spence revisionism is pretty desperate. The only reason Spence is even still at the club is two reasons - Spence himself and Ange Postecoglou giving him the second chance to prove himself.

"Forced his hand" :roflmao: That's exactly how it's supposed to work when a player is on skid row and is given a lifeline. He forces the managers hand by forcing his way into the team and proving his worth.

Absolutely staggering that anyone would take this feel good story and try to make it into yet another stick to beat the manager with :roflmao:

The obsession with sacking this manager on here is wild. Fully out of control

This is why the Cups are so important. Still buzzing 2 days later after a good win. I would not swop the scores/results with the recent League match against Liverpool as winning a semi is better than getting 3 points even if we still end up going out in the 2nd leg.
