Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

and ManU are struggling to move on the players they need to in order to sign others - no doubt eye watering wages for Rashford et al are a significant reason
They will never shift Rashford for the remainder of his contract, no fucking chance. Absolutely bizarre pattern of thinking from United to put him on £300k/week, I know there was noise about interest from other clubs at the time but going that far overboard to secure the long-term future of a player who had really only shown flashes of brilliance in his whole career up to that point is just utterly bizarre, I don't think Rashford has ever been anywhere near as good as Alli was at his peak, if you offered me prime Defoe or prime Rashford I'd have to think about it for far too long for those £300k/week wages to make any fucking sense whatsoever.

They might get nibbles for Garnacho but depends how much they want to squeeze out of him, had a pretty shit season and seems unlikely to net much more than £30m for them at this point.

On the contrary. They would rather get some hot cash than just write off some debt.
At least that's what I (and most of us) would prefer.
Most of us are not multi-billion pound businesses to be fair. There may well be tax benefit implications of debt write offs that we are not aware of.
not saying that makes us a more likely destination as the player will ultimately decide that but I don't necessarily think cash in instalments necessarily respresents a more attractive proposition for PSR than debt write-offs.

Not signing a left footed center back is also madness

Fear not! We have Ben "like a new signing" Davies back from injury now!

Well, depends how you look at it.

Are they paying £100 million for the player or GAMBLING £100 million to win a title.

^^^More accurately.

Jesus & Zinchenko were supposedly experienced title-clinchers... They didn't move the needle.

Let's also not overlook the fact that Arse have their own track record of 'we tried' non-trfs in Jan.

Easiest thing in the world to show Tel if he's undecided.
Money talks, and if the manager is this public about how shit the team is then he'll feel he has a clear path to walk in. Not to mention I'd imagine most players still see it with United the way the press do, "only a matter of time" before they get their shit together and start winning things again.
Don't think Tel will pay much if any mind at all to such things.

My pal, whose son is a former Union Berlin trainee, tells me we oughta look at Benny Hollerbach. Decent shout to be fair.

23yo, can play anywhere across the front line though prefers being out on the left, physically robust, decent pace, knows where the goal is, good passer. Mate tells me his attitude is sound too (despite fake news)...great locker room presence and very nice with the fans.

Gotta say that whenever I've watched him, he's indeed a willing runner and he doesn't mind putting a tackle in. Would make a change.

It’s too much. He’s a decent player but not a needle mover - I feel like we make too many of those signings.

We’d be much better served eating into any additional transfer budget and spending the 65-70m it would take to get Mbeumo.

Mbuemo is very much a "wait til the summer" job...... You'd be happy with no-one til then?
