I don't think so. That'll hurt his development quite a bit, he's playing every week for Stoke. We have VDV and davies back, and romero is about to be back as well. Bring in some older fellow on loan just in case, but we can muddle through to the end of the season without getting relegated with proper minute management for defenders and play our best 11 in cups and europa.
if i'm being charitable we've been broken since we abandoned poch and brought in jose and conte who further demoralized us. people are frustrated and feel like they can't just repeat the same cycle again. but getting relegated with a fraud like ange is worse and you'd hope they'd eventually realize that. the reality is our best hope is to get lucky with another great manager and there's finances in place to support him better than we did poch. we are in a better place financially than the end of the poch era even if we won't spend like a title chaser

I think we've been broken since Sissoko gave away an idiotic penalty 10 seconds into what was meant to be the biggest game in our history.
From that moment it's been nothing but downhill on and off the field.
