They thought they would have both drag and Romero, Davies & VDV within the next week and decided to risk it.

Within the last week

The new situation is they have VDV & Davies (Romero?) so have decided they need to move.

Is a new situation, should they have moved earlier is a different question.

Signing a player who can only play in the PL, particularly when our most meaningful matches will all be in the cups, isn't necessarily as stupid as it's being made out to be. He's still eligible for at least half of our matches, and it simplifies the rotation/priority debate. He plays in the league, and provides rest for others to prioritise the cups.

Agreed. Especially witht he club being overly cautious on VDV and Romero. I wouldn't be surprised if they just save them for cup games now and try to rotate them in the league most week.

The league games are pointless enough for us anyway. Its a massive advantage we have this year for the cups. We'll never ben in this scenario again where we can just bin off the league and focus on cups. No doubt we'll be back in the top 4 race next year and playing our B team in the cups again

But look at the spread.
If we won 2 games 25-0 and failed to scored in all the rest. Would you still say we score loads?
We have struggled to score in many games. Many of the goals we have scored have just made a whopping look less like a whooping. Many of the other goals come in 10-15 minutes spells where we tear a team apart and then go back to looking like we can't score for shit.

Watch 90 minutes of every match rather than the GF column on the league table.

You can sell/loan after the window but not buy right? Normally there are post window moves to Turkey as they close later

I doubt he's going to be here permanently. Seems it's a straight loan, and we probably won't even have the same manager next season. Doubt we'll do much in the next 3 months to make him want to stay.

Unless Tel comes here, stands on his head, and we somehow do the cup double while he falls in love with North London.

Yet another voice speaking about things they don't understand - why are there so many people who use the terms 'option' and 'obligation' interchangeably, thereby failing to understand that they are pretty much opposite things (well certainly with regard to their benefits to the clubs involved anyway)? If you don't understand something, surely just don't talk about it? :/
 
Did someone say we can only register 3 new players for Europa? That’s a prob no?

Obv we can delist Forster, Austin, Dragu and Werner

But we need to add 4
Kinsky, Spence, Danso and Tel

It's still a fact we are 3rd in the PL in goals scored.

That tells me the BIG problem is somewhere else.
