I said in the OMT he is a talented guy.
He is a kid. He scored.
I used to hate him after 60 minutes tonight but now I love him,

first start and difficult to make a judgement on one game only, particularly since most of his team mates looked a bit knackered, not moving very quickly etc.

But he really wasn't showing very much for vast majority of match. Started to make a few decent moves, nothing beyond an average level PL player towards the end, but then got on the end of an excellent Kulusevski cross and scored a very good goal with a difficult to achieve technique to finish in time added on for injury.

Hopefully can build on his goal and be more proactive for more of his next match - which will be after a full week of training with his new team mates which should help, followed by a 2nd full week of training.

Was very meh until he scored, needs to show a lot more going forward to be worth the money munchen want.

Showed really nice feet several times in the game, he can receive with a defender on his back and keep it even if he's still 19. He doesn't just keep it and go backwards, several times he tried to turn back to the outside and take us forward. He also won a few duels by the end of the first half.

Great movement and finish as well. I think he will score plenty of goals this season.

Those complaining about him should realize:

1 - he just joined the club a few days ago and therefore doesn’t have a lot of training with his new teammates

2- he is 19

3- he is the only Spurs player that has scored a goal in the last 180 minutes

On tonight’s showing this guy is obviously a 9 and not a winger. If we set up with Sonny up top and Tel out wide again then we know Ange is trolling.

Sigh. Everything I was worried about this guy being a bad fit seems to be the case. One goal today at the death doesn't make up for 90 minutes of garbage.

- Doesn't look comfortable playing on the flank at all. Was he even better than Son wide left? Low bar, and for me he didn't reach it. Certainly didn't look a level above Moore or Odobert out there.

- Up top he doesn't look like he can play with his back to goal. So he's not gonna be giving Solanke many sleepless nights.

We're only two games in but all I'm thinking is, thank God this guy saved us from spending 60m on him. (That said, we're still reportedly spending £10m on the loan fee alone so it's not like this is cheap).

And more importantly I worry about what the fuck our recruitment department is up to if they think this is the guy to blow such a huge wedge on.

Have they never heard of squad building? Yet another ill fitting inside-left-forward when what this team is crying out for is a RW, a #6, and someone who will ACTUALLY compete with Solanke.

Fucking clown show.

yep spot on. odobert looks a better player, cleaner on the ball, can use both feet.

few spots earlier where tel has an easy pass that he can make (which is the correct use of the ball in the situation hes in) he doesnt pass it and ends up just wasting possession. mind you, could say that about a lot of them at the moment, its toilet football.
