I'm still biding my time until it's mathematically impossible for them to overtake the scousers.
But I'm allowing myself to still be smiling over the results yesterday.
They’ve always been pushing it under Arteta with their “tactical fouls”. The problem with those is they’re always borderline yellows and if the wind isn’t blowing in your favor (or you’re not Pep) you’re gonna get shown those cards early and often.
For me they’ve never been in a title race this season because there hasn’t been one. They’ve just been the most consistent of the other 19 teams. There’s a reason the media have been trying to manufacture one since about match week six and that’s just to make people maintain an interest in it. That only changes if Liverpool implode and get drawn down to everyone else’s level.
