Aw he is plenty ready- but needs to have minutes and appearances carefully managed to help maximize his potential without damaging him.

Unfortunately Ange- due to his poor management- is in no mindset to play youngsters- he’s desperate to save his job. Moore is secondary to that unfortunately.
I wish to give Ange the benefit of doubt that he probably has some directions from the management above in playing academy youngsters. I sort of can't understand the club's take, we don't really seem to be trusting academy youngsters, and yet those we paid for dearly from elsewhere, like Begrvall, Gray, Tel, Odobert etc are the ones getting minutes. Donley, Alfie, aren't even here but sent out for loan. It seems to me the club is more keen in building up their worth and sell them for profits.

The academy has so many talents and they really should be given more minutes during the injury crisis we have had, for Moore and Scarlett especially. Like you said, they won't be ready if they are not given the minutes to be ready, ever. Hate to say this, but the other two London scum clubs are way better in managing academy youngsters breakthrough. Lewis-Skelly even got the national called up now. Ridiculous.

But I felt for Moore the most. If there are not more minutes for him this season, which I don't see anymore he will have as the injuries subsided, I don't see much in the future without him thinking to leave for elsewhere. There were so many opportunities he could have gone on the field over Werner, Son, Johnson, Kulu, but didn't. Not ready for the physicality in the league is just an excuse. Johnson is a timid fuck and not taking on people but he still got the minutes.

I mean, he's aware he's in a multi million pound job, a privileged position not many will ever experience....

We've had our worst ever season in the PL, and it's his second season not first.

And he thinks he's above scrutiny and criticism.

The more he talks the more you see his true colours.

He really is a bit of a narcissistic prick isn't he?

I've disliked him for sometime and even if we manage to somehow win the EL I still want him gone.

I must say his points are not entirely invalid, but my very big gripe with him is despite what he always say, he actually acted differently most of the time and I am too lazy to list them anymore. But it was at the end I couldn't take it that he listed Mr Hindsight in his arguments when he was very much a Mr Excuses for far far far too many times... FFS.

However, why do I feel Levy and the higher management are buying into his sweet talks and that really really terrifies me,

Just do your job you grizzled fanny and get us that Europa trophy so we can all part ways happy. Otherwise Mr Hindsight's going to slip on the marigolds and do a number on you.

Well you won your first games
And it was going just fine
Till we played Chelsea
And Went down to nine
Then it all went to shit
And we slipped down the league
But it was down to injuries
And a little fatigue

Now in a new year
And we keep losing games
you never tweak things
And we keep playing with fear
You say you always win
As we go out of cups
Then fans are all broke
And you don’t give a fuck

And I just can’t watch
It’s killing me
Levy take control
Be mister hindsight

Needs a bit of work lol

You only need to go back to the last game to see numerous Mr Hinsights come out of the woods, the ones saying Van den Ven shouldn't have been subbed.

The justification for their reasoning seems to be that a highly-random and diabolicaly bad mistake led to a goal after VdV was subbed.

Like the Manager is supposed to keep our best defender on for the full game in his first match back after recovering from lengthy mutliple absences due to recurrent injuries on the off-chance that something ridiculous happens at 2-0 up with team of players that really should be good enough to see the game through?

Really?

And theres this:

"What was he saving him for?"

Fucking Frankfurt, that's what.

Fucking hell, the state of this prick. Worst Spurs season in decades and he's saying shit like this. He's an insufferable prick. Just fuck off.

What a load of rubbish from Ange. I would've had some sympathy for him if he had some kind of self awareness but he's just so arrogant and deluded. You don't need to be Mr Hindsight to see that the positions of the fullbacks are ridicolously high, that the midfield more often than not is a mess and that our wingers bar maybe Odobert is not suited playing that wide. We have seen that game after game and we will continue to see it in our games ahead. If there were any hopes of him adapting it's fully gone now. He really seems to bury his head in the sand and not even acknowledge that his methods could be at fault.

Worst thing is, a lot of people are actually buying into this shit. "Oh he speaks so well", no he doesn't he has just gone full David Brent again. Regardless, it doesn't really matter how well he speaks when the football he plays is constantly garbage.

I can't see any way he would leave voluntarily. He's got a team with good young talent and he will want to rebuild his reputation next season, not to mention the financial aspects. I can't imagine any manager in his situation would be trying to leave. Where would he go? He's an older coach coming off a poor season.
This is his FIRST job on BIG money. He’s not leaving 10 Million quid for the next two years on the table - and in fairness, none of us would either - He’s going nowhere voluntarily…
