Nearly all on here could not do better , however I reckon a good percentage couldn’t do worse . Now I for one would happily take a bit of stick in my job for 5 million a year . I will reserve my sympathy for a nurse earning 30k a year being abused by a member of the public as she / he tries to help him/ her . Ange gets no sympathy for thinking he had some fantastic system that has been dismantled in the most public way by better managers .
He will walk away richer than his extremely limited talent deserves , a trade most people can only dream of
He has won more than most managers in the PL at the moment so get it into perspective!

Guaranteed to have atleast 18 loss this season since we still have to play Pool,Chelsea, Forest.
I predict we will have around 21-23 losses which will the worst Spurs PL season ever. Heck, I don't think we ever even had a 23 game loss season before. Its going to happen this year.

I just did a predictor and got us finish 16th with 21 defeats and 41 points. He doesnt survive that. Although I'm shit at predictions. But we do have some hard games coming up especially away from home.

W - southampton, palace
D - Brighton
L - chavs, liverpool, villa, wolves, forest, west ham

So the rest of the league got more competitive and caught up with them…. 10th is 10th, 12th is 12th. Do we give woolwich the title because they got 89 points one year and that usually would be enough to win the prem.

They weren’t unlucky against us. They collapsed in 30 mins and gave up a 2-0 lead.

So what if they got an early red card in one game. I guess they have discipline issues. Discipline issues are a reason not to hire a coach.

Amazing the hoops people will jump through to make excuses when they are fixated on their opinion being correct.
If you’re managing Bournemouth and you’re 3 points from Europe in mid March then you’re doing a very good job.

I’m applying context to the “fallen off a cliff” statement you made about a Bournemouth team not winning in 5.

The only one jumping through hoops is you to discredit a manager clearly doing an incredible job with a team that should be battling relegation.

And aren’t you the guy who’s been backing ange up Til a week ago lol. Amazing that Bournemouth not winning in 5 is a disaster for you but 15 months of relegation form for tottenham was fine for you …

Sadly I don't think anyone will win that with this rabble. The squad looks so uncoached that it will take the next coach months of work to get them playing some form of useful, coherent football.

He should be saying this sort of stuff. Even if it's just quips like "how come Sky Sports haven't asked their ref about this one?"
I'm fed up with poor decisions against us not getting highlighted by anyone.
You are probably right, but there is a decent chance of getting to the final/winning with a good interim. New manager bounce is absolutely a real phenomenon

It took nine days from Conte's rant to his departure, so don't give up hope.

Why the nine days when the sacking was inevitable? Because Levy negotiates the pay off to outgoing managers....

The decision to stick or twist will have been taken yesterday.

If it is twist they will meet Ange today and make him an offer to go - somewhere between his compo due if we go out of the Europa or win it, which I imagine is a big difference.

Ange will take the offer away and think about it - then maybe towards the end of the week they agree a final deal for his departure and it gets announced. If Ange plays hard ball expect leaks from behind the scenes undermining him in an attempt to force his hand.

That is how Levy works...
Agreed. Lots we don't know however. One critical thing we don't know is whether Ange is currently in a sackable position. He should be IMO, but I suspect probably not.

So have dozens of lower league managers, but they're not getting multimillion pound contracts at billion pound PL clubs.

Everything he's won is pathetic.
He has progressed up the chain far higher than dozens of lower league managers. Another geek who likes to inflate his absurd examples! Slagging him off while he is still our manager is real classy mate, proper Spurs is it?

Backing a man who has 14th level on points with 16th and playing possibly the most naive football seen in the Premier league whilst arguing with fans who simply ask “what was that” - is that classy, is that proper Spurs?

He has run his course and needs booting. Unfortunately it won’t be until he has managed us out of Europe - but no English side will touch him going forwards because he is bloody useless, just get over it

Once again, another fucking back seat driver!

Don’t forget he also has them in the QF of the FA cup, had to sell their start striker in the summer, has also suffered an injury crisis and had nowhere near £350m to spend.

If we get him, it will be like a light switch being turned on in a dark cellar - suddenly there will be genuine football tactics, a progressive way to play, formations that make sense, players in the correct position, Porro not playing as a 10

I don't think we need a miracle worker manager to come in by the way, I'm not expecting a super manager to takeover and coach these players, we just need the bear minimum for a coach with a semblance of a plan and ideas that don't leave our players exposed and a system which gets the best out of them. I actually think we mostly have a talented bunch who have been misdirected to the point where they've lost a load of confidence in their ability and what they're trying to do.

That what happens when people like you say ‘give him until the summer’

The damage is done now. The regression is getting to a point where it will be a massive task for the new manager to fix.

You reap what you sow mate. Enjoy the shit show you willed into existence.

He’s doing a solid job. Above average with a good squad.

Has pros, has cons. Nothing otherworldly tbh.

Yeah I mean all I can do is say I was wrong, I've admitted that so it it what it is.

If you're gonna hold feelings over something I was saying 2 months ago that's up to you, probably best to move on though and TBH I don't think Shadydan on TFC has the power to will anything into existence let alone keeping a manager in a job in a professional football club.

I wish I did though, imagine having the power to be able to change the fortunes or fate as big as this through the medium of an internet forum, I'd be unstoppable...the amount of emojis I'd be able to send just to get Xabi Alonso to agree to manage the club, perish the thought, a simple 'ok' and bang! message gets to Daniel and out the door you go Ange!

Your pub team is not even in the ball park, so why not get a grip!
When it comes to the Premier League nor is the Scottish Premier League. I’m English but I would not say I want Steve Evans the Rotherham manager, which it turns out is in the Ange ball park to manage us .I was pro Ange and supported him fully up until about 3 months ago , it is clear now he is not good enough . I think you need to get a grip mate , wanting him to succeed because he is Australian will not make it so . He is not only not good enough the pressure is clearly breaking him . He was once sure footed in press conferences he now is an irascible old man , add to that he is too stressed too realise rowing with a fan is not very smart, ( something he has done more than once ) . 19 year old Tel showed more common sense in how he dealt with stroppy fans than Ange . His personality was his endearing feature , under pressure it is his undoing along with poor results and even worse performances.
