Go full strength. They are 4th
Hopefully we contribute to them fucking up getting CL. Small crumb of comfort but they cannot afford not to have CL.
And someone bust that manc cunt Palmer please.

Chelsea's form is in the toilet, can Ange finally avoid losing to them?

No.

This sudden change in Ange’s attitude towards carefully managing the workload of certain players has no discernible and sound rationale behind it I’m afraid. He’s either being passive aggressive after all the criticism he has received , or trying to claim the moral high ground as the manager who refuses to run his players to the ground even if it means he’ll eventually lose his job because of it.

It’s a moot point anyway as nobody in this squad is capable of “saving ” him,but it’s amusing regardless.

Of course there's a discenarble rationale. Ange is the most stubborn manager in our history but after months of terrible injuries and feeble performances he has finally accepted that the elite level is not the same as the SPL and you cannot put such intense and constant physical demands on players and expect to win games. Now he knows that the sack is coming unless he wins the Europa League so he will rest most of his important players for that competition.

He might talk about how he doesn't want the players to think it's "Europa or nothing" but his team selection against Fulham betrays that message completely. He was already resting players for a game that's three weeks away.

Obviously the likes of Sancho and Madueke who’ve done the square root of fuck all for months will turn up and have worldies.

Same as as Muniz the last game for Fulham. Probably hasn’t scored since he did against us last season,

I'm living in hope and would absolutely LUV a win here, for me it's almost on a par with beating the arse wipes.. not quite but almost..and actually quite proud that Ken bates personally banned me from the bridge... But that's another story...quite amusing one but for another time....

Is there any point even even playing this fixture?

I really can't think of a particular game where we have been so poor so often. It's like no matter how good a run of form we're in and bad they're in, we just get there, freeze in the lights and get ran over.
It's terrible.

And this time we look beyond fragile.

Fucking their season up would be a fair end to the Postecoglou vs chelscum era
That's a great idea! We could field a bunch of yoot after teaching them some krav maga, tell them to cripple palmer, neto etc. and watch their season implode. Hmm, we'd need to take out their first 11 and a few subs, since they have a squad of 17 thousand, but just give instructions to go through two sets of knees at a time.

Honestly, I think it's the best use of our squad right now.

Just play Forster at CF and send him out for a bit of hulk smash
