I guess the thing about Lange and that structure is the squad build isn’t dependent on the coach.
Even if the coach should get a final veto on the specific player, the profile is a club decision.

We’re shocking atm but the players aren’t abss absolved of responsibility. No matter what happens with Ange, Biss and Bentancur can go. Richy needs to move on regardless.

Tel I agree is more complicated. His performance vs Fulham is enough for me to see we would make a mistake not keeping him. Not for 60m though.
Yeah on the first point, it's straight forward from a club perspective. From a fan perspective though, it just feels like there's no point in getting excited or otherwise about any of the proposed business until the coaching situation is altered.

I disagree slightly with Bissouma/Bentancur, I think a proper manager could have some use for them, Richy maybe an easy decision due to fitness issues, but from a purely performance standpoint I'd be on the fence. His greatest lack of ability is his unavailabilty, to re-purpose a popular phrase.

For me the only absolute certs to be trimmed from the squad in the summer are:

- Forster
- Reguilon
- Werner

I toyed with the idea of Johnson being in that group too, arguably he should be, but I doubt the club would want to move him on cheap, and there is a slight possibility that a proper manager could get something worthwhile out of him.

Davies as well.

We love the human and full respect for his service to the club but you don’t get beasted by Ryan Sessegnon without people noticing time is up.

The issue I have with Biss and Bentancur is more about what we really need there as opposed to what they can bring under a new coach. Both can be good players but neither will ever be consistent enough to get us where we need to go. IMO.

Personally I'd lose no sleep in letting him go, can just see the writing on the wall as far as what the club will do though.

I quite like Davies but that was truly a low point

The Grousbeck family is selling the Boston Celtics for circa 5 bil. If they wanna reinvest some of that into another sports franchise, I know of one in dire need of new owners who know how to win.

There are many questions marks (typical Spurs) going into this summer TW 2025 that need to be address in order to make a transfer policy...

Who will be the head-coach?

Will Paratici still be at Spurs?

Is Romero leaving? If so, a replacement is needed.
Will Luka Vušković be ready for the EPL?
What will happen to Drăgușin once he's fit? Will he fit in better if a new head-coach comes?
Keep Ben Davies of let him move on?
Will Ashley Phillips the ready for the EPL?
Will van de Ven recover so he can play regularly next season? If not, them maybe a replacement LCB is needed.
New LB to replace Udogie or can a new head-coach get the best out of him?

Will Bissouma be sold?
Will Bentancur be sold?
Is Donley ready for the EPL?
Is Devine ready for the EPL?

Is this Son's last season at Spurs?
Will Moore need a loan or is he ready to step up and play regularly next season?
Keep or sell Lankshear?
Keep or sell Dane Scarlett?
