Spence isn't a kid in the same way that Bergvall, Gray and Moore are though.

Seeing as Gray has been relegated mostly to the bench since VdV and Romero returned, it appears the only one who has really gotten Ange's trust is Bergvall. Moore appears to have been sent back to playing with the U23's.

Not a good situation at all for us. All three should be getting consistent small minutes and the odd start, at the very least.

I assume that a key factor in Bergvall playing this much is also that Ange has clearly lost faith in Bissouma.

In a hypothetical scenario where Ange is sadly still here next season and we get a more senior midfielder in for Biss I could easily see Lucas get shunted back to the bench as well.

He's starting him over Sarr also, Ange obviously rates sarr as he should, but he rates bergvall higher. He is playing as much as he is because he took his chances and made an impression , if moore made himself undropable when he had his league chances he'd be in the same boat.

Honestly, and I could re-post this in every current player thread, given the, er, quality of our coaching and manager, I find it very difficult to properly judge any of our players at the moment...
