Match Wolves Vs Tottenham 2pm Sunday 13th April

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

How many players you talking about resting here?
Well i'd play Gray and Davies at CB, Reguilon at LB, and give Porro and Spence a half each at RB. rest Solanke for Scarlett/Richarlison, rest Maddison for Moore rest Bergvall for Sarr, rest Bentancur for Bissouma, rest Odobert for Johnson, and probably rest Son for Tel.

I really don't care if we get beaten by Wolves. They'd probably still win at home against us if we played all our best players.

Fair enough. Fully disagree, I really want us to try and win every game for the rest of the season, EL included. Winning breeds winning IMO, I don't believe you can just turn your form on and off for certain games.

Our form is shit anyway in case you haven't noticed. Ipswich are unlikely to beat Chelsea, Woolwich, Newcastle. That's their next three games so they ain't closing a 17 point gap on us. The league is finished for us, the Europa is sadly our everything.

You are right, but after 20 or so losses all round, do you really see that change being materialy important this season, as opposed to protecting our players from unnecessary harm or excess?

Sometimes, it's all about pragmatism.

Frankfurt got their game late sunday afternoon, and because there's only separating 4 point from 3rdand CL were they are right down to 6th then it means they really wont be resting anyone.
hopefully its a tough old game for them with some injuries while we take it super easy Sunday

I'd rest everyone he wants to play on thursday including Vicario. This game is absolutely meaningless in the grand scheme of things. We ain't going down and need the best team for europa

That's not right, if Ipswich lose they remain on 20 pts, and if we win we'll have 40 pts. but there'll still be 7 games left, so 21 pts.

With respect do your arithmetic.

Both us and Ipswich will likely lose but it's academic.

In that instance, the maximum Ipswich can get is 38 points. They won't.

We are all but safe, and there are other teams between us and Ipswich anyway.

It's the Europa or pride.

Yes you're right there, I made an error about Ipswich's possible total if they lose their next match. it's 18 and not 21.
