Really depends if anyone competes for his signature with us IMO, they are resigned to losing Antony as dont even reckon they could afford to loan him again next season, if the field remains clear for us which it can in theory with us having a price pre-arranged and a clause inserted making it more expensive for other clubs to cut a deal of equal value to Betis, we can and probably will triple his wages.

I agree. Kinsky did it better and went long when he had to. Vic scares the life out of me as he traps the ball and then the opposing player is closing him down and he then has to make a difficult pass. He needs to when under pressure kick it straight away either short or long. He is taking too long and even if his pass gets to its target it puts that player under pressure. Why has Ange not sorted this out.

Nicely explained we seem to be the team that fails to find space but finds an opponent closing in all too often

Yes we have just the 2 CBs who are available for the ball. The FBs have run upfield. That’s why we see so many turgid passes betw them
And the goalie. Even the supposed midfielders arnt around to get the ball. Hence why MADDs drops deep to get the ball.
Most teams that play out from the back at least have their FBs available in the traditional position to be able to receive the ball from CBs. The only option we have sometimes is to play the further forward into wide areas to wingers. Hence why they always get the ball with them facing OUR goal and a defender up their arse.
