Please NO! Farioli was in pole position for the title in the Eredivisie. 1 point in front of PSV on de 33th round. After round 33 it Ajax was second with 1 point behind PSV.
The playstyle of Farioli is boring and background as a psychologist (and goalie ). He made a lot of roulation changes during the season and the fans of Ajax are not disappointed that he has left now.
Edit: his playstyle is made of a stable defense. At Ajax he played with a 41 year old (Dutch) goalkeeper who led the defense.

But still, he's performing in line with their budget and will achieve as good a finish as they usually tend to get. I don't buy the idea he's "rubbish in the league" given what's available to him.
