I'd take Eze for sure, but I wouldnt cry if we didn't get him either. He does give me Zaha vibes, I could see him flop at the higher level.
His shooting has been woeful this season, and even at his best last season - Maddison is a superior player in most every quantifiable way.
But depth is always our issue - I'd be happy to have those sorts of selection headaches.
Remember that for a lot of people, Kane is the set standard.Maddison is 6th in the league in goal contributions per 90 minutes.

I agree. I wouldn't have 3 months ago, but he's shown himself to be consistently dangerous. If I were to compare him to a player it would be Neto, but I think he has a higher ceiling.

I went and had a look at their squad on wikipedia and based on that one the only one that they have that would be worth anything is Mainoo.
According to wiki they have 4 academy players in the first team squad. Mainoo has 49 games for the first team. The other 3 have 13 combined.
