Manager Ange Postecoglou

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I just can't see it changing much next year, players we have still, will stroll around thinking "we are EL champions ".
The recruitment will be much of the same as before, youngsters or, out of contract signings all on affordable wages.
Unless he can change his tactical and organisation structure, it's going to be more of yesterday's results until his eventual demise.
Even if Ange goes, the replacement will likely be Thomas Frank. We’ll do better than 17th but I don’t see an average coach who will be juggling CL football which he isn’t used to taking us higher than mid table.

The only way I can see this changing next year is if Ange is replaced.

If that info is true on SC and I fear it is, we are fucked.

Levy has bottled the decision. I can't believe he's watched us all season long in the PL, and decided to go again with Ange when anyone with a clue about football would know Ange's tactics and system are inherently broken. Typical Levy, always making the wrong decision.

He'll be sacked by October / Novembe and next season will be a write off.

There is some comfort in knowing that SC's ITK is never correct.

Next season is a write off anyway.

Either he stays or we bring in another average coach in Thomas Frank who will want the season to ‘assess’ the players and will take us to the dizzy heights of 10th (if we are lucky)

Levy should’ve just sacked Ange during the season and then brought in his replacement. We wouldn’t have done any better but at least then the new manager would’ve had the rest of the season to assess the squad and we’d be ready to go next season.

The indecisiveness though is annoying me especially when we are the only premier league club undecided on who our manager will be next season and so many are already planning for next season.

Jan24 place buy him for £20M. 6 months later we hijack Brentford to get gray for dbl the money. Did anyone not see Wharton play scouts, Ange , Lange! Did we over look him?
I don't do this hindsight stuff. Could argue every other team bar palace dropped the ball in not scouting Wharton! If he was suggested and someone within our scouting decided against it then I'm sure they've been pulled up on that.

There isnt really any itk anymore, certainly not from those charlatans. The worrying thing is i doubt Levy has even decided yet as he's such a massive ditherer. Can see this dragging on and becoming painful.
