Will a championship club pay £10 million for Philips?
Odo is not going anywhere but nobody is paying over £15 million for him. He’s hardly been fit and not pulled up trees when he has.
Archie at a push could get us a big fee but has shown very little in his preferred position when he has played in there.
It doesn’t matter anyway because Archie and Wilson are not leaving Tottenham any time soon. Philips should go because he’ll never play a first team game for us from now.
could probably get 40 for the 3 of them in a couple years even if they do turn out to be meh...id give them a chance under a proper manager and coaching team first. they are young kids and deserve a fair crack.
Yeah levy is hesitating & needs to choose & go all in on that decision. He is holding things up & he seems to think it makes no difference if we wait until the last few weeks of the window.
We don't know what we are doing and my expectation for this window is very low, and I bet I am still disappointed.

Does it make us PL title contenders? No.

Elite Wing forward: Mbeumo/Cherki
Left back
Decent striker: David might do for that
What you have is a Levy at his best type average window that is pretty much what I am expecting but won’t fix everything.
I have Eze playing off the left for us as the Son replacement.
LW: Eze, Son, Odobert
CF: Solanke, David
RW: Cherki, Johnson, Moore
Would love a RW signing but I can't imagine we make 3 attacking signings in one window.
Cardoso plus another CM makes things very crowded in there even if we sell Biss + loan out Gray.
L8: Maddison, Bergvall
R8: New, Kulu, Sarr
DM: Cardoso, Bentancur
That would be such an underwhelming window on the ins side
I don’t see Son being of much use. I love the guy, a legend but he just looks done, he has lost more than a yard of pace.
Eze is more cover/competition with Maddison, I think we badly need an elite wing forward.

Also is Cardoso actually good? The CM signing (hopefully plural as we need 2) is absolutely vital.
