I assume about £100-120m with CL football. If Romero is still off, Richy and Solomon I can also see around £100m of funds on top so about £200m of spending. I’d rather we bought Mbeumo, Top CM and Eze rather than 6/7 average players.
Typically when we have Europe it’s been 120ish net.

That's not the upgrade people think. They are both flawed.
We weren’t particularly bad at set pieces this year. Vic still has his issues aerially, but I’d give him another year with a more settled defence. Also I’m still interested in seeing more of Kinsky - I’m assuming he’ll get Carabao and FA Cup next season.
