It's funny really. For actual fans the Europa trophy was everything and CL qualification was a great bonus.
For ENIC it was the opposite.

I was expecting to come in here and see some positivity for some reason, instead it’s more of the usual.
I’ve got plenty of issues with levy and ENIC but this really was a lose lose situation for them.
There’s no point giving Ange another 10 games because at this point we’ve got a very good idea of what it looks like.
You can go on about competing on multiple front with a thin squad, but we were in relegation form for godsake. Consistently losing matches that even our ‘B team’ should be able to compete in. The most damning thing about it is that every game they looked completely uncoached. Watching those games I couldn’t tell you what our tactics were, or what we were trying to do, and that’s directly on Ange and his staff.
Ange won and us a trophy, let him go out on a high.

The prem games at the end of this season were the first time in my 43 years of support I've not watched us. If anything this is at least a nod to how fucking important it is to win games of football.
Ange won us a trophy and he will go down in history for that, but sacking him for footballing reasons was the right thing to do

Levy needs something like an 80% vote against him to be replaced. He drives up massive revenue for the club, which is what the board wants, and more revenue= a big evaluation of the club.
