Every successful DOF in world football today has a plan in place, a style of play, they have an idea of how the team should play and hire coaches and build a team around that idea. Paratici is just Harrio Redknappio, he hires people from agents he knows, from within his connections. Will they fit the squad? Who cares they’re available and the agent owes him a favour. Is there a a style of play or clear plan for the managers? Fuck no, we’ll just cycle through a list of wildly different, wildly varied coaches until one sticks.

So according to reports Spurs are going for 2 head-coaches this time (Frank & Marco Silva)
I tend to swing the other way. Frank to me is the embodiment of Levy settling for top half, trophyless seasons where we develop youth with the objective of resale when they peak. A manager just finally grateful to manage a high profile club.
A little shit like Silva is less likely to touch his toes at Levy's will and will only come if he thinks he has a genuine chance of achieving something and is more likely to call out Levy's bullshit.
Neither gets the juices flowing, but for our long term prospects, Frank would be horrendous.
