Like the idea of Kudus but think he might be a bit "moody" and not a great team player when the chips are down?
I think Harvey Elliott is a better pound for pound option.

Or just have more clever owners and accountants than Levy?

We could have sold any of the properties owned by the THFC group of companies over the last decade. ENIC wouldn’t do that though because they’d have to use their own cash.
We dont need to. Chelsea are doing that because they dont have psr room. We have 250m+.

Chelsea are cooking the books because their owners want to invest their own money and cant.

Does his club need to sell because of PSR, or has it been relegated or has he gone on strike to get a move or is his contract nearly up?
Did you not see all the shit at the endnof last season?

If you want the owners of THFC to sell assets owned by THFC to ENIC then ENIC (Lewis family trust) has the resources to do it but I suspect we would all call foul (especially those of us who are small shareholders in THFC).

Without looking into the detail, what Chelsea have done is sell an asset from one subsidiary of the equivalent of THFC to another subsidiary of the equivalent of THFC and realising a paper profit in the process which satisfies PSR. It’s absolute cheating the system but eventually you have to pay the piper. Realising profit now means you realise loss later. Clearlake Capital is an investment fund, it’s not Sir Jack Walker wanting to have a football club plaything with his vast wealth.
They are massively overvaluing the properties in order to pump in their own money into the club. The football club wont realise those losses, they sold those properties . The sister club may have losses, but so what, it wont effect PSR.

Atlético open to €70m package in pursuit of key Tottenham figure

Think it needs to be 70 million euros up front, plus 10 mil in add ons, rather the 60 plus 10 to get anykind of movement

I think if they reach a deal worth a guaranteed 60m pounds then he goes.
70m euros is right in that mark so if true then I think he's gone and perhaps lukeba is the replacement?
We will see, mega loss if true but we have to get returns in players that want out and 60m is decent even though he's worth more imo

World cup year i do worry how committed he would be and how often he would be available for frank to play.
