If you want the owners of THFC to sell assets owned by THFC to ENIC then ENIC (Lewis family trust) has the resources to do it but I suspect we would all call foul (especially those of us who are small shareholders in THFC).
Without looking into the detail, what Chelsea have done is sell an asset from one subsidiary of the equivalent of THFC to another subsidiary of the equivalent of THFC and realising a paper profit in the process which satisfies PSR. It’s absolute cheating the system but eventually you have to pay the piper. Realising profit now means you realise loss later.
