In their defence, the thought had crossed my mind. He's obviously got an ego/attitude on him (but an aggressive one that works for us, more so than the apathy of ndombele). Something about the 'quotes' (who knows?) made me wonder if he can 'get it up' when he's not feeling it. For top money you want top professionals, the ability to perform consistently is part of that.I mean it's a lazy analysis really and nothing to suggest it, he's Prem ready, he's played at a high level in the CL for 3 years.
He has been inconsistent (last season) but even for West Ham he was never as inconsistent or disinterested as Ndombele was, Ndombele only completed something like 12 90 matches with us for example, then got shipped around Europe for 3 years because he couldn't find a home.

Thanks for the summary, I got through 3 minutes before my ADHD kicked inI heard the Aussie accent and was absolutely shocked that the vid amounted to a back door defence of Ange.
Who'd have thought.
I think what we're seeing there is it's a South American thing...
Richie has made no secret of the fact he has eyes on representing Brazil at the WC, and why not, he's Brazilian, not born and bred in Edmonton!
The difference being, is that Richie seems to know which side his bread is buttered and seems to care equally about playing for Spurs...
Lo Celso and Romero have both prioritised (and risked aggravating injuries) in order to represent their country ahead of Spurs... The same Country over Club debate was levelled at Lo Celso several times... always regained fitness just in time to jump on a plane to Bueno Aries!
... So in 2nd thoughts maybe it's just an Argentinian thing!

I think he'd be fine, but season 2/3? If we don't get CL? We'll see.
There once was a poster, McAfferty,
Whose rants had a furious clarity.
“Bald Levy’s a miser!”
He’d post, none the wiser,
As we signed sod-all in prosperity.
Old Col_McAfferty’s losing the plot,
Screaming, “Spend some you bald-headed twot!”
Levy sits tight,
Won't splash for shite,
And our transfer hopes go to rot.
Col_McAfferty’s balls are in bits,
From wanking at Levy’s tight shits.
No players, no spend,
It’s driving him round the bend,
While Baldy just pockets and sits.
There’s a poster named Col on the Cock,
Who calls Levy a bald fucking cock.
No strikers, no spend,
Same bollocks again,
While Spurs fans all sob on their jock.
Col_McAfferty screams like a loon,
“Levy’s a tight-fisted bald fucking goon!”
No transfers, no hope,
Just a limp, useless dope,
While we all wank in tears to a spoon.
Old Col’s got a cock full of rage,
At Levy, that slap-headed sage.
Won’t spend a damn quid,
Won’t splash for a lid,
While we’re left wanking sad in a cage.
Absolutely. No matter what happens transfer wise, even with nothing else changing, I believe we will improve markedly under Frank.
West Ham are a feeble little minded club who HATE us from the top down the bottom. It's hilarious. It's embarrassing. It's pathetic. But it is what it is. Apparently Bobby Zamora bottled moving from Brighton to Palace because they hate one another. That's bad. But the West Ham thing is funny because it's almost entirely one way. We just don't feel strongly about them.So WHY DO clubs like West Ham & Chelsea refuse to, or at least are reluctant to do business with us...
Is it ALL down to Levy...?
Is this part of the 'Tight fisted Levy' being impossible to do business with narrative...?
Or, IS there STILL a narrative there, lurking far deeper and darker than people would accept or believe?!
Hasn't it always been the other way around? At least with Chelsea? So WHY DO clubs like West Ham & Chelsea refuse to, or at least are reluctant to do business with us...
Is it ALL down to Levy...?
sure all true but if the negotiations drag on the player gets sick of hanging in limbo and the buying club starts pressuring him to make it harder for the selling club. if i'm the player i'm like, pay the money mr. levy!
No other club wants him not at 60 million anywayThis is pretty transparently West Ham trying to get more bidders involved.

How can Gala afford Osimehn? If they can why can’t we?
Oh yeah Levy

How come no-one apart from Gala can "afford" Osimehn........
Oh yeh.....
Weird that you've crossed out Kudus just because some know-nothing aggregator posted something.
Mind not talking shit? Cheers bro!

Frank's system will be like half a dozen new signingsNo matter what happens transfer wise, even with nothing else changing, I believe we will improve markedly under Frank.
