At best, Marinakis is just pissed off at Spurs so is kicking up as big a stink over everything we're involved in...

But more seriously, the PRESIDENT of the Greek Super League (which I assume represents every top flight Greek Club) surely has a conflict of interests if say, Forest get drawn against a Greek side in next season's Europa League, no?

Owner of one, President of another entire organisation HAS to raise questions of integrity if the two provide opposition for eachother at any point?!

I think that is misreported.
He is president of Olympiacos, not the league
 
I’m already very bored of this transfer, MGW is a good player but if this is going to rumble past the next fortnight then we should move on.

If we’ve done fuck all wrong then let’s start legal proceedings/contact the league/whatever it takes immediately and get this one moving.

Obviously Tottenham doesn't organise a medical without speaking to Forest and getting at least confirmation of the terms. The whole no permission narrative makes no sense if thought about logically (clearly Tottenham thought they had permission or they wouldn't arrange a medical which involves dozens of people).

I agree with this but I also think there’s a chance we ourselves walk away from the deal. I wonder if we let Forest get a couple of replacements in first like bakayoko and mcatee before we push it through. Both those two players would do well for us actually. 🤔

I think there's a chance we walk away if we know we did something that could get us in hot water

I'd like to think that isn't the case , and Forest are just a bit salty about selling their best player seemingly under his current value

I want a sped up timelapse of the camera crew waiting by the entrance to the training centre for him.
 
We really should be getting an update today. A proper update and not the shit we got over the weekend from Ali Gold "Tottenham still confident deal gets done". Hopefully we hear what forest are actually trying to do!

If we don't get a proper update today then I will start to get worried.
