It was either that or a Championship club, which would mean no European football. Is it a great move from a league point of view? He’ll be up against a load of league 1 level cloggers at best unless against Celtic
Odobert will be association trained next season, right?PL Squad
U21: Tel, Odobert, Gray, Bergvall, Vuskovic, Takai, Donley, Lankshear, Yang (Scarlett, Devine seeking loans)
HGP: Solanke, Johnson, Maddison, Davies, Spence, Danso, Austin, [Empty]
Foreign: 1. Richarlison, 2. Kudus, 3. Kulusevski, 4. Sarr, 5. Bentancur, 6. Van de Ven, 7. Porro, 8. Romero, 9. Udogie, 10. Dragusin, 11. Vicario, 12. Palhinha, 13. Bissouma?, 14. Solomon?, 15. Kinsky?, 16. Son?, 17. Millot?, [17 MAXIMUM] 18. Gil?
MGW would have really had us on easy street there, but still in very good shape. Only Odobert and Takai graduate from U21 status for next season and will need senior slots.

The "must be registered to a team for two years to count as U21" rule just absolutely kills us here. A seemingly core, regular player or two is going to be left out here, there's just no other way, and we have nowhere to put any new signings.
Gray and Bergvall go U21 next year, and Scarlett and Devine will become club-trained.
Ah, yes, this is correct. Went to Burnley before his 19th birthday.
Milou in Sweden.
He'll be able to become HG for Prem but won't be able to be association-trained for UEFA because Burnley signed him after the start of his first season so can't get 3 full seasons before the end of the season he turns 21. Prem counts from the end of the transfer window to the end of the season, UEFA count from the first match.Ah, yes, this is correct. Went to Burnley before his 19th birthday.
We have those slots filled anyhow, but good point.
Ah, and I suppose that would make him HGP in the PL too.

I'm guessing it means Spurs are after him, again.

Who did Liverpool sign last season to help them win the title?LIVERPOOL: won the title last season. Sign Frimpong, Kerkez, Wirtz & Ekitike. Bid 120 odd mil for Isak...they'll end up getting him for 150ish. Might also buy Guehi.
SPURS: finished 17th with 22 losses. P4P the worst team in the league. Sign Takai (lol), Kudus cause West Ham are broke, and Palhinha on loan cause Bayern figured out he's shit (ditto re Tel). Extend Ben Davies' deal.
Nobody but they weren’t 17th the previous year…Who did Liverpool sign last season to help them win the title?
A very good player scores past Martinez in Qatar.Very good player. Him and Solanke would be fine as the CF options.
Really don’t want us to sign a LB.I think we'll sign a MGW alternative (flexible enough to play in multiple positions in attack), and a backup LB. Can't see us doing much more than that without shipping out the likes of Richy, Davies, etc.
They didn’t sign anyone and went from 3rd to 1st? Despite the competition making signings?
