Shitting on everything the club does, did in the past or will do in future is not “calling the club out”.
For a start, I have (a) few talents but predicting the future ain't one, rather unfortunately. So nope, I'm not shitting on everything the club will do in the future, cause I just don't friggin know. And I'm also a big believer that things, no matter how set in stone they appear to be, can always change.

As for our present. If you go back to that list with your eyes & mind open, you'll notice that there were players I was positive about: Danso, Porro, Bergvall...I'm also very happy we signed Thomas Frank & I'm positively intrigued about Vinnie...so no, it ain't all doom & gloom. Many times on here I've also defended 6 outta 10 Ben, said how excited I was about kids like Mikey. And even those players I criticize for their shortcomings, I know how to give them credit where it's due eg Vicario is an unreal shotstopper, Udogie is a proper athlete, Romero is pure class when his head is in the right place, fair play to Djed & his character for breaking through after troubled beginnings, Bentancur is an elegant high IQ player, Sarr has an unbelievable engine, Madders can pick locks like few can in the PL, Brennan is top at that one specialist thing he does, massive respect to big Dom for how hard he works for the team etc etc. And it ain't all about the players, I also give Levy & his gang their props...for the new stadium & training facilities, for sourcing all those commercial opportunities that make us financially solid, for the work being done in the community, for not acting like Liverpool/Arse/Chelsea in the media.

Re our past, I'll leave you with a wee list of the things that the club done that made me weak at the knees and even weep like a baby, knowing I'm a rather tough emotionless bastard most of the time. Probably could have kept going on, but I've just spent the night watching clips of Sonny and wanna get a few hours' kip before the Legend's farewell game.

- Winning the glorious FA Cup in 1991 is one of my most cherished memories as a Spurs fan...can't wait to win it again
- That Jonny Woodgate header to defeat the scum in '08
- Bagging another 25-30 trophies...not bad for a club that never wins anything
- That Ajax night
- All our great wins & goals vs the cunts down the road: Gazza's crack, Danny Rose's volley, that insane curler from Kane, Coco's rabona...
- The old White Hart Lane and the first games I attended with my dad as a kid before football became all about business
- Signing/producing great players like Glenn, Kane, Gazza, Klinsmann, Ossie, Waddle, Mabbutt, Anderton, Ginola, Lineker, Berbatov, Rafa, Bale, Eriksen, Modric, Sonny...
- Our illustrious old guard: Jimmy Greaves, Chivers, Mullery, Roberts, Steve P, Dave Mackay, the Allen trio, Peters, Jennings...
- Our legendary managers...and those who could've been like BMJ, Poch or Tim Sherwood (lol)
- Meeting Harry before he became Kane, many other players over the years like Toby, BAE, Dawson, Jenas, Huddlestone, Freund, Kanoute...
- Meeting AVB and receiving a lovely letter from him a few weeks afterwards
- And of course Bilbao: God knows Ange and the squad drove me nuts last season, but fuck me how insanely good that felt. Seeing Sonny lift the trophy, I cried for 2 or 3 hours straight (the heavy partying & injuring my leg probably played a part, though)

CM (control)WhartonHGStructure + homegrown quota lift
LW rotationClarkeClub-trained HGPace, solves club-trained slot
CB depthBranthwaiteHGRotation + sale flexibility
ST / backupYoane WissaHGDepth and goal threat backup

Sell:

Rodrigo Bentancur
(CM, non-HG)
– Surplus with Palhinha, Maddison, Gray, Bergvall
– Injury record, blocks HG additions

Yves Bissouma
(CM, non-HG)
– Inconsistent, error-prone, not a Frank-style 6
– Free up non-HG slot

Manor Solomon
(LW, non-HG)
– Peripheral role, non-HG
– Replace with club-trained winger (e.g. Jack Clarke)

Richarlison
(ST/LW, non-HG)
– Doesn’t suit system, high wages
– Cash in to fund HG forward

Cristian Romero
(CB, non-HG)
– Only sell if HG CB (e.g. Branthwaite) is secured
– High resale value (~£60M+)

Lol Jack Clarke!

Wild idea that only Chat GPT would have come up with

(Is he actually club trained with all the loans?)

It's got Wissa listed as HG

You prattle on about giving the kids a chance to get PL experience and grow, but then you criticise two kids in Odobert and Tel who are kids with heaps of potential.

I’m almost certain you are a gooner troll but even you can see your contradictions?
If you read correctly I’m only talking about the ones we buy who are young and cost a lot of money. You say have heaps of potential on what is that based on? Surely you could say our own academy players have heaps of potential.

It's not the Son needs directly replacing on the left, but his OUTPUT absolutely needs somewhat replaced at the very least.

Whether it's another forward to compete with Solanke, someone on the left or even in the ten...we will need more output and just adding Tel and Odobert to the mix will not fill that huge void left by Son.

Kudus was needed regardless but we need another proven quality attacking option to give us more firepower before the window closes if we're serious about giving Frank the best possible chance

This place is getting wierder by the day.

We actually have some 'fans' who would genuinely prefer the club not to spend serious money signing top class players.

They sarcastically use silly, made words like ambishun to mock other fans who want us to use our wealth and size to buy better footballers.

It seems they'd prefer to see our rivals strengthen while we keep our money and look for the value in the lower end of the market.

Sometimes, I wonder if I've stumbled on to a gooner or chav forum reading their rhetoric. It's like they get off from our club under achieving and being kept in its place by our two most hated rivals

This shouldn't be a surprise to anyone.

We have an abundance of wide players. If they're good enough or not sure, you can debate it.

There are actually plenty of finishers in this squad. We need another top central creator who can tee up players like Solanke, Richy, Johnson, Tel.
Has Richi ever been a good finisher and as for Tel what has he shown so far in terms of finishing?

Chat GPT is shit.

We don’t even have a HG issue and none of those are CT in Europe

There just won’t be enough goals in this team now, we don’t have the creators and we don’t have the finishers.
With Son leaving we've now lost the one quality player who could make something out of nothing on a regular basis.

Who's going to be taking regular shots from outside the box? Who's going to be taking their man on and running though defences to get them out of position?

I really hope it's Tel because it sure as shit isn't going to be, Johanson, Solanke or Richarlison.

Have they ever scored a goal from outside the box for us?
