Not really comparing him, just happened to the wheel that I found that shows his strengths.
As I voiced yesterday - I was still quite optimistic in last week. But the current situation of shipping majority of very exiting talents out to loan WITHOUT bringing in top quality players is really baffling and hard to accept.
Though despite that - come on, everyone has to agree that even with just current reinforcements (Kudus and Palhinha - two nailed on starters) we have way more quality than most of the sides in the league. Specially given how some other sides have been ravaged (like Bournemouth losing their whole defense between two seasons).
So what we are talking about might be our inability to be competitive in all fronts and break into the top 4-5. Top half of the table with this squad would have to be absolute guarantee even with poor manager ( which is still massive upgrade for playing under Ange).
The problem for them is that they will still be shit.

Else we might as well say Bergvall can cover in goal and why sign a striker.....Spence can cover.
