I'm not a fan of monuments at all unless they moved the needle tbh.

I don't think Son did that. People will cite him being captain and lifting a cup. But he didn't start that match and wasn't even on the pitch when we scored.

Arguably Kane didn't do it either as, you rightly say, we lost finals to nil when he was on the pitch.
But his ridiculous amount of goals did elevate the club from 5th to top 4, to title challengers and serious challengers.
Not enough for a statue though.
 
Im enjoying the predictability of the performative desperation to tell everyone repeatedly "I don't care" and proving just how much the dullards do care by posting it over and over again. I'll fucking shoot myself if I ever become this transparent.

Winning is great - of course, but making it a creteria for being a club legend is not a great attitude to have towards players or team. If everyone thought that way then the entire country would only support about 3-4 clubs in with a good shout of winning the major trophies each season. What a shit world that would be.

Individual players, barring maybe prime Maradona, don't make winning teams.
